The Space
Located above the Pacific Ocean within the gated community of Hermosa Heights, Casa de los Sueños offers an immersive retreat designed for discovery and relaxation. This villa features three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and accommodates up to six guests. It invites you to experience a harmonious blend of architectural elegance and oceanfront beauty framed by panoramic views.

This place is so professionally run, one of the best I ever encountered. Alex insisted he would wait for us to arrive so he could check us in in person, even though we were arriving late from airport. Extremely friendly. The place was super clean and looked better than the photos. Very spacious, and beautiful house. Fantastic pool and magnificent view. For what you get, the price was a very good value. You will not regret booking this place. Thanks Alex.

Zindis group were friendly and accommodating! Casa de los suenos was a great stay. Definitely recommend, the sunsets were the best! Kids loved the pool.

Amazing views and a fantastic place to stay! Everything about this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Casa de Los Suenos in Playa Hermosa was magical. The house is unbelievable. Zindis Hospitality is superior. Javier, Alex and Marlon were extremely accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend going with this hospitality group. They make you feel like family from the start. We were in CR for a corporate trip, stayed at the Hyatt Andaz Resort at the end of our trip. We stayed at Casa De Los Suenos before heading to the Hyatt and we preferred this place to the 5 star inclusive resort! The service, people and the home are unforgettable. We did not want to leave and will definitely be back!

What an amazing stay. The most beautiful view I think we’ve had in any Airbnb, and the pool was spectacular. Our two boys were in it at 7am and didn’t leave till 10pm (except when we made them get out for activities and meals!). Some great restaurants near by and close to all coastal activities. We will absolutely be back here.

We stayed here with our two kids and grandparents and had a great time. The first floor bedroom was perfect for the grandparents. The upstairs rooms worked really well for us and the kids. The house itself was amazing! The pool was big, and the views were incredible. We enjoyed cooking out on the grill outside near the pool! We really enjoyed the big pool at Hermosa Heights! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The location was great it was close to the beach and some restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Check in was slightly unclear; when you go to check in, go to the Zindis office. The house is located in a private community, the rep will bring you to the house and give a tour. When messaged they did respond, sometimes a little slow but did answer back. The house was beautiful and spacious, very comfortable furniture. The pool was great, but was deep and stairs into the pool were also deep between stairs, no hand rail. (We bought our own pool floats). There is a cactus tree in the pool area and left microscopic needle "slivers" that you will get on your feet and hands...use duck tape to remove. Amenity's were good; beach chairs, towels (bath and beach), lots of spices and cooking utensils. Well supplied.

This is the second time renting a home in this neighborhood and we LOVE it. Casa de Los Sueños is beautiful and the views are outstanding. The town is sleepy, which is exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend Zindis. They are total pros.

Just returned from our stay. House was as described and was terrific for our family of three. Alex, the Zindis host was terrific and got us in the home before it was ready to drop our bags and groceries. Some minor aging and wear and tear but nothing out of the ordinary. Great location to use as a home base while exploring other beach towns and some of the national parks. Would recommend and look forward to going back next year.
