The property is near some of the most beautiful beaches in the Negra region, including Playa Negra (1.7 km), Avellanas (5 km), Junquillal, and Blanca. The area offers a variety of activities such as:

• Horseback riding
• Sea turtle observation
• Fishing
• Swimming in the warm ocean

Important Information

This accommodation operates independently and is not a hotel. Guests are responsible for organizing their own stay. There is no 24-hour helpline or reception. Please respect the house rules and check-in/check-out times.

Rules

• Arrival: between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Departure: before 10:30 a.m.
• Pool hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Pets are not allowed
• Barbecue use is prohibited
• Outside guests are not permitted
• No music outside the houses
• No drinks on the pool deck or ball games allowed
• Please wash your dishes and empty your trash bin before departure

Amenities Provided

• Bed linens, kitchen linens, and towels
• Garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, and dishwashing liquid provided upon arrival (guests are responsible for replenishing these items)
• Weekly sheet and towel changes
• Beach and pool towels, as well as shampoo, are not provided

• Maid service: $20 per day
• Surf and stand-up paddleboard (SUP) rentals available

Sustainability and Quiet Enjoyment

Regular maintenance of the swimming pool and plant watering are handled by staff. Guests are encouraged to conserve energy by turning off lights and air conditioning when not in use to help preserve Costa Rica’s natural beauty and energy independence.
