The Space
Create lasting memories at La Casa Ballena Azul, a newly constructed beachfront home on Playa Encanto, considered the best beach in Rocky Point. This spacious five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom property is designed to comfortably accommodate multiple families.
The large great room features a beautiful cupola with LED lighting, creating an inviting setting for evening gatherings. The spacious kitchen includes new appliances, a full-size refrigerator, a beverage refrigerator, and an additional refrigerator in the garage. Two patio areas and a large grill provide plenty of space to enjoy outdoor meals and time together.
Bedrooms and Entertainment
- Three en suite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed
- Smart televisions in all three en suite bedrooms and the family room
- Queen-size pullout sofa bed in the family room
- Ample space for an inflatable air mattress in the family room
- Two hair dryers
- Bed linens and bathroom towels provided
The family room offers plenty of room for a large children’s slumber party.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

We had a great stay! The beachfront location was beautiful, and the house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Our host was very accommodating and even allowed us a late check-out, which we really appreciated. The only downsides were that the house could have been a little cleaner when we arrived, and one of the toilets had a leak. Other than those issues, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful home on a gorgeous beach! The house was perfect for my large family! We loved that it had three ensuite masters with king beds and 4.5 bathrooms was perfect! Brian was quick to respond to my inquiries and did his best to help us solve some problems.

We had a wonderful week at Brian's home with our extended family and appreciate the opportunity to stay there. The home is absolutely wonderful, especially for a large group. It really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I was even able to work a little bit the entire time - very consistent internet access especially in the living room and front two bedrooms. We brought our 4 month old baby and he was able to nap/sleep in the bedroom without any problem with noise carrying throughout the house. We also appreciated the clear communication, as were able to easily get in touch with them via text with any questions and had no trouble finding the home. The home is on a wonderful, calm, peaceful beach just a short drive outside of town. Highly recommend!

This home is as functional as it is beautiful. It was the perfect week-long retreat for this extended family of 11. The living and sleeping quarters were ample and comfortable. The views from either patio were spectacular. And Playa Encanto provided a great backdrop. Brian was very communicative when we had comments or questions.
