3BR Villa in Placencia

Great experience. Very special place. My family with two small kids had a ton of fun. Sargassum meant that we were only able to swim on the beach one day but despite that we enjoyed the beach and we swam in the pool every day. Highly recommend renting a gold cart to get around - the host made it easy by partnering with a local place that had the cart there upon arrival. Also, we had some great Belizean and Garifuna meals in the village of Seine Bight just north of the house. Recommend Vern's and Finger Foods - you'll also same some money going to these local places over the fancier spots in Placencia. Also note that this is is completely "self-catered" stay. Even trash bags, they provide enough for the first day or two and then guests need to purchase what they need. Another reason to have your own transportation.

What a beautiful location for our family vacation! We enjoyed having direct beach access and a pool also. Having AC in the bedrooms was awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful. Grounds team kept the beach and pool spotless for use. It should be noted that the first floor bed is two twins pushed together to make the king.

What a beautiful villa! This is the place you want to book, perfect proximity to the village while being completely secluded and private. The home itself is idyllic, incredible views all around. We loved the outdoor shower, the pool and the kitchen was perfect for preparing meals on those couple of nights we decided not to venture out. Fully grown mango tree right next to the house, iguanas just strolling around, we loved Belize and Casa Nettuno!

This place was fantastic! It was like having our own private beach resort. The bedrooms and living areas were very comfortable and the kitchen was amazing for anybody who likes to cook. It was pretty centralized to a lot of different activities but if you just want to be lazy, the pool and private beach were an incredible way to do that as well. We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again.

Casa Nettuno is beautiful and private. We spent most of our time on the beach, in the pool or relaxing in the breeze on the deck. This was the most relaxing vacation we've taken. The house has pretty much anything you could need. Its close to grocery stores and dining. The pool & grounds are kept immaculate by Ignacio. The hosts are very quick to respond to any questions. They were friendly and helpful with recommendations. We would love to return one day.

Lovely house with lots of space. The grounds keeper was very friendly and it was good to have the pool as the saragassum meant we could only swim from the beach in front of the house once in our week stay.

We spent two weeks at this Casa Nettuno. It's beauty and tranquility are unmatched. Truly, the most relaxing vacation we have ever taken. We spent more time at the property than away from it as it had everything we needed. Drinking coffee on the beach and taking strolls along the beachfront were awesome. The pool was well maintained by Ignacio, and so refreshing on a hot day. We spent most of our time outside. When I had questions/concerns, staff were prompt to get back with me. I found the mattress very uncomfortable (bad back) and asked for a mattress topper and they delivered one same day (thank you). My only two recommendations would be to update the living room and dining room furniture (again, uncomfortable, especially when playing games at the table) and get better skillets for the kitchen. Overall 5/5!

We loved our stay at Casa Nettuno. The home and beach were the best parts of our amazing visit to Placencia. Would stay here again in a heart beat. The host was responsive before and during our stay.

Great house with a lot of amenities, beautiful location right on the beach . Peaceful and serene. Close to all tourist restaurants and grocery stores. Really enjoyed our stay and made a memorable trip.
