The Space

Welcome to Casa de Arcos, a spacious colonial villa that comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. This beautifully restored home is located just five blocks from Granada’s main square, nestled on a quiet side street. It offers privacy, relaxation, and tranquility while keeping you close to the city’s lively cafés, restaurants, and attractions.

The villa showcases classic colonial architecture, featuring high ceilings, handmade Nicaraguan floor tiles, solid wood columns, arched doors, red-tiled rooftops, and locally crafted ceramics. Carefully chosen furniture and decor create an authentic yet welcoming atmosphere.

The layout includes:

• Large living room
• Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
• Additional living space with hammock and rocking chairs
• Private pool measuring 1.8 meters deep, larger than most pools in Granada

In the evenings, you can enjoy stargazing by the pool or watch dramatic Nicaraguan thunderstorms from the comfort of the sofa—an experience unique to Granada.

Your stay is enhanced by Julio, a dedicated property manager fluent in English and Spanish, available 24/7. Julio assists with:

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa during their stay, including:

• All indoor living areas (living room, dining room, kitchen)
• Three bedrooms (two with ensuite bathrooms)
• Private, fully enclosed pool area (not shared)
• WiFi and entertainment options such as TV, books, and board games

Julio will welcome you upon arrival, provide the keys, and remain available around the clock for any assistance. Daily cleaning service is included, and laundry service can be arranged upon request (not included in the price).

• Guarded parking is available nearby at a cost of $4 to $5 per day, depending on vehicle size.

Our Story

We are a family of six from Hungary who fell in love with Granada during our travels. Casa de Arcos became our second home, and after a careful renovation, we are excited to share it with guests. The villa reflects our appreciation for Nicaraguan culture and our wish to offer travelers a comfortable, inviting place to feel at home.
