Lilliana and her team are very responsive and helpful. Instructions are detailed. The downstairs bedroom does not have a window just in case it’s an issue for someone. Bring washcloths if you prefer washcloths over hand towels for showering. The pool is often cleaned by a professional which is a plus.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Zen! We were a large group of 13 people, and the two connected homes offered plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. One of our favorite spots was the upstairs deck in the second home — it was the perfect place to relax and do some stargazing at night. We also enjoyed the jetted tub, which made our evenings even more special. The location is peaceful and quiet, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to Playa Herradura, making it easy to enjoy a beach day. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and everything went perfectly throughout our stay. Highly recommend Casa Zen for a relaxing and memorable getaway!
