The Space

The house offers high-speed internet, private gardens, and a private pool measuring 1.3 meters deep with a shallow wading area. The pool is heated by solar panels, so its temperature varies according to the weather:
- 24°C from October to February
- More than 28°C from March to July
- Up to 34°C on very sunny days
- Between 24°C and 28°C in August and September
The pool does not have a conventional heater, so there is no additional heating charge. The cost of the solar panels is included in the rent.

Guest Access
When you rent the house, you will have access to the entire accommodation. Some doors lead to storage areas, cleaning rooms, and machine rooms. For your safety, these areas will remain locked throughout your stay.
House Rules
- Parties are not allowed.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- The subdivision prohibits noisy events after 10:00 p.m.
- The subdivision has a decibel meter to help maintain a peaceful environment for guests and neighbors.
Additional Services
The service staff live in a small, separate house on the property and will respect your privacy. They cover and uncover the pool for your convenience.
Optional food preparation services for breakfast and lunch, along with basic room cleaning during your stay, are available for an additional fee of $800 MXN per day. Please request these services at check-in. Payment is made directly at check-in.
This service does not include food or beverages. Guests are responsible for providing their own food and drinks.
The house comfortably accommodates 11 people, including adults and children. A maximum of 12 guests is permitted. An additional fee of $1,000 MXN per night applies for the twelfth guest.

Safety and Privacy
To protect guests and neighbors, some personal information will be requested after booking confirmation. Presenting official identification is required by the subdivision.
Six security cameras are located on the property, exclusively in the access and parking areas.
Other Things to Note
Filtered water is available at the house, so bringing bottled water is not necessary.
Because the property is located within a subdivision, arriving by car is recommended for convenient transportation around the area.
The house has stairs. Although most areas are on the same floor, not all spaces are accessible to people with limited mobility or wheelchair users.

A spectacular and unforgettable stay! Our group of 11 stayed there, and the house completely exceeded our expectations. From the beginning, the host Roswhita's service was excellent, and she was always attentive at all times. Mr. Macario and his wife also provided very good service. The house is beautiful and very large, ideal for all guests. What we enjoyed the most was: -The pool: The water had an excellent temperature, perfect for enjoying at any time. -The large game room: We spent incredible hours with the pool table, ping pong table, as well as the wide variety of board games available. -The barbecue area: It is fully equipped with everything you need to use it and enjoy a great meal outdoors. The property is impeccable and designed for spending a few perfect days with family or friends. 100% recommended, and I'm really looking forward to returning soon!

Roswitha's place is excellent. We stayed for 5 days. My kids loved the game room (pool table and ping pong table). Although it was cloudy on some days, the water was warm and comfortable for spending most of the day in the pool. The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a quiet and comfortable stay. Communication with Roswitha was always very quick. Ms. Andrea and Mr. Macario are very friendly and are always attentive. We will definitely return to this house.

The house is as shown in the photos. The rooms are spacious, and the fact that each one has its own full bathroom makes it very comfortable. The pool is fantastic. It has warm water and is large enough for all the occupants of the house to swim comfortably. There are multiple signs in the house that make it easier for you to understand how to turn lights on and off, use kitchen utensils, and enjoy common areas. This house is one of those that leaves you with such pleasant memories that you want to return as soon as possible.

The house is cozy and has many details that make the stay very pleasant. The pool is very good, with a good water temperature and clean. The spacious garden provides an atmosphere of tranquility and relaxation. The kitchen service in preparing meals was prompt, with excellent seasoning, presentation and hygiene. All the information and directions provided by the host are accurate and transparent, ranging from the guidelines for the check-in time to the most specific details of the property, such as the location of the switches. The level of organization is outstanding. Every aspect of how the house works is meticulously explained and documented.
