Great place, especially for larger groups. Walking distance to many restaurants and stores, short drive to the beach.

I had the most amazing week here with my two teenage daughters. The house, spread across three floors, provided plenty of extra space, but what truly made it unforgettable was the breathtaking location and ocean view—absolutely worth it. Lorenzo, the host, was fantastic—always available and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my first big adventure with my daughters was a memorable one. This trip was something I had been waiting to do until my girls were old enough to embrace long days of exploring and take on thrilling excursions like zip-lining, whitewater rafting, and scuba diving. The villa’s location made everything incredibly convenient—just steps away from a bank, grocery store, wine shop, and some incredible restaurants like Terraza, Emilios, Le Papillon, and Tico Times. If you’re looking to wake up to monkeys, toucans, macaws, and sloths right off your balcony—peeking at you through your screen doors—this is your place

Laurent’s place was in an incredible location. The views were stunning. Absolutely priceless. We lived out on the porch. Pool was refreshing after hot walks in town. Wildlife was outstanding. We saw all 3 species of monkeys, scarlet macaws, parrots and toucans to name a few. All from the porch. Highly recommend this place. Wish there were some basics stocked (coffee, ice. Etc. ) for our arrival. Just make time when you arrive to hit the store around the corner. Will definitely come back!

Laurent was so prompt when I needed something. And his help was perfect. His suggestion of a chef made two dinners especially memorable.

We enjoyed our stay quite a bit. The location was amazing. We saw monkeys, macaws and a toucan all from our balcony. We were also within walking distance to some of the best restaurants. Each room had working air-conditioning and the bathrooms were clean. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but saw another family using it and having a great time. We would stay here again!

The views were amazing. The space was great and it was so nice to have a pool to cool down in when we got back from the beach or any of our outings. The restaurant recommendations did not disappoint

The location and the views!!! It was such a gift to wake up every morning to a gorgeous vista. We saw monkeys, iguanas, toucans and macaws just from sitting on the balcony. Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive all throughout our stay. (I had a lot of questions and it never felt like I was bothering him) Some of our best meals were at Emilio’s Cafe and the adjoining pizza restaurant right next door. We were glad we rented a car, as we went to the national park twice, took a kayak tour in the mangroves and took a trip to a cheaper grocery store in Quepos. We even joined an organization that releases baby turtles into the ocean! The villa was clean and well-equipped - we ended up not cooking much but the supplies were there if you wanted. Definitely bring beach towels, as they are not provided. All in all, a fantastic trip! Thank you Lorenzo!!!

The views are incredible. Lorenzo made everything easy and always answered all of our questions, and I had lots of questions, lol. Lorenzo arranged our transportation and some of our excursions. Hector was so nice and so helpful that he made us feel at home. Loved the house it was spacious, we were 9, and there was room for more! We will miss waking up and drinking coffee while soaking up the most beautiful views.
