It was a great stay. Jason was very helpful on anything we wanted to do really enjoyed it being close to Hulu.

Barbara and her manager/concierge were always available when you needed them even before you arrived. Jason was there to greet us show us around and had recommendations on things to do and the best places to dine. Not many places you can stay that offer free bikes, free kayaks, and a very knowledgeable concierge like Jason Sunset Beach Resort is located on the south side of the island which is in my opinion, the best area to stay

I would highly recommend staying here the grounds are beautiful and the staff Jason and James were amazing greeting us every morning with a smile and great conversations. The condo was exactly as described. Everybody involved was very friendly and proactive to any needs we may have.

The airbnb was exactly as described....just steps from a beautiful beach. Barbara was extremely helpful and communicative from beginning to end about all aspects of the trip. Barbara's information about traveling to Ambergris Caye/San Pedro/Sunset Beach (flight, taxis, water taxi, golf cart rental, groceries) location, restaurants, excursions (snorkeling, fishing), etc. was spot on and helped us make the most of our trip leaving nothing to chance. Upon arrival, Jason and James were very helpful and friendly. They also helped us with everything that we wanted/needed the entire week and made sure that our departure was smooth as well. We even made friends with the nice people who were living and/or vacationing at Sunset Beach. The condo was well stocked. The worst part was that we eventually had to leave and get back to reality! We plan to return to this exact location and bring our family if we can!

Sunset Beach Resort-A4 was great , nothing short of incredible! Barb and the team on the ground were all great; Chapin, Charlene , and the driver Manolo, all really added to the experience. We will be going back to San Pedro and we definitely staying at this beachside condo again. We had a family of 4 and had good space in the two story condo, if needed we would have easily been able to fit 6 people and had good space. Thank you Barb and Team.

We had an amazing time! Barbara, Charlene and Jason made this trip easy peasy with no questions or issues at all. Very helpful and communicative-everything was simple. I’ve been to Belize and San Pedro many times but it was first for my friend and we had the best time! Great location away from the bustle of town proper, but easy enough to get to anything with a trusty golf cart. There’s a nice pool and private dock. We look forward to returning and would recommend to any first timer or returning visitors. 🩵💚💙

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect-far enough from town to feel peaceful, yet just a 20 minute drive away when we wanted to visit to city. This was our first visit to Belize and we are already planning our next visit!
