The Space
El Flor is a unique coastal retreat located on the Los Cobanos rocky coral reef, the largest coral reef in El Salvador. This setting offers an exceptional opportunity to encounter marine life that is rarely found elsewhere.
At low tide, explore the reef and discover something new with every step. The nearest large rock, La Piedra Cagada, is a natural sculpture featuring caves and fresh water, just a short walk from the house. When the tide permits, you can continue to other rock formations filled with surprises.
The reef also offers numerous natural seawater pools where colorful fish, algae, and crustaceans thrive. The pools closest to shore are ideal for children and provide hours of fun.
As the tide rises or falls, entering the sea is especially comfortable. The surrounding rock formations protect the area, creating gentle waves and preventing strong currents.
When the tide allows, you are welcome to visit the neighboring golden-sand beach at the western end of the reef.
At high tide, enjoy the spectacle of waves breaking against the rocks from the house’s privileged viewpoint. A relaxing swim in the pool provides another way to complete your Seacliff in El Flor experience.

A wonderful place on one of the most beautiful beaches in El Salvador! 🌊☀️ El Rancho de Playa is definitely a place we recommend 100%. It is a private, spacious, comfortable space right in front of the ocean, perfect for relaxing and enjoying as a family. My family group and I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We want to thank the host for his quick communication and Don Miguel for his excellent hospitality. He was always attentive, willing to help us, providing us with solutions and kindly answering all our questions. In addition, the cleanliness was impeccable during our stay. The house is beautiful, spacious and very cozy, and the location in front of such a spectacular beach makes the experience even more special. We have very nice memories of our visit and we will definitely come back. Everything was excellent. We recommend this Rancho de Playa 100%! ❤️🏖️

Very good, just a few aspects to improve, such as they don't even provide bath soap and we found a bench in poor condition, otherwise the people who take care of the place were very friendly
