Villa Oceano is a top-floor, fourth-floor, three-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condominium located just steps from the beach. It offers spectacular, unobstructed views of the Caribbean Sea.
The villa is part of Lighthouse Beach Villas, formerly Athens Gate, a top-10 TripAdvisor property. Guests have access to:

The property is located 2.5 miles south of San Pedro in the safe and quiet Holiday Lands neighborhood, just steps from the Southside Security Station.

Several restaurants offer delivery or dine-in service, and a fine-dining restaurant is a two-minute walk away.
Guests at Lighthouse Beach Villas can use the complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles to explore the land and sea. On-site staff can also help arrange a variety of excursions, including:

Transportation
The staff can assist with all transportation arrangements. Fly into BZE International Airport, and the team can coordinate the remainder of your journey.
Flights
A hopper flight is the easiest way to reach the island. After booking, provide your arrival time at BZE, and the staff can arrange transfers with Tropic Air and transportation to the hotel.
Water taxi transportation is also available, but it adds a minimum of 1.5 hours to the travel time.
Local Transportation
A golf cart is recommended if you would like to explore the island. The staff can arrange delivery through a reliable golf cart company directly to Athens Gate at Lighthouse Beach.
The golf cart journey to San Pedro Town takes approximately 15–20 minutes. Rental cars are not available on the island; golf carts are the primary rental vehicles. Taxis are also readily available but must be contacted by phone.

Very happy with my stay. Onsite folks can set up tours and snorkeling after you get here — no need to plan ahead! Taxi too (prob just use your golf cart anyway)… very helpful! Plan to grab some cash from the atm as many local establishments either require a minimum for credit cards or charge a fee if not using cash… and cash only in some places.

Lighthouse is perfect! A little outside of town but an easy golf cart ride into town. There are walkable bars, restaurants and a market. Staff is amazing, we loved Rob! Swim up bar and drinks are great! Be prepared for stairs if you’re not on the main level. If we go back we’ll stay here again.

The place is just as beautiful as shown in the pictures. However, there are opportunities for better communication and more responsiveness from the host. We got completely lost following the directions upon arrival and were unable to reach the host. While the host helped reserve a golf cart for us, there was no communication regarding the number of days needed or the cost. Additionally, there was no communication from the host after we checked in or before we left.

We enjoyed our time at Diana's place immensely. It was quite large and perfectly accommodated my husband and I in the king bed and 3 kids in the 3 double queens in one room and twin beds in the other room. The pool was lovely (although a bit nippy-not heated) and the bartender was personable and made great drinks and gave good recommendations. At the advice of the ladies at the front desk, we booked a snorkeling adventure for $125 per person on a private boat to go to the Ho Chan Marina, feed the nurse sharks in Shark Ray Alley, feed the Tarpins in Caye Caulker and then they gave us time to walk around Caye Caulker and have lunch before returning us to the dock where they picked us up which is right in front of the AirBnB. Couldn't have been more convenient! They provide drinking water in the condo and a 24 hour security guard. We felt very safe where we were (and in all of San Pedro actually). Diana also arranged a golf cart to be available for us at the condo during our stay.

Loved this place! So clean and exactly as described. The location was away from the central area of San Pedro, but close enough to everything. We had such a great time and would stay again in a heartbeat! Rob and Lori were also extremely helpful and true gems!

The place was spotless and in perfect condition. We spent lot of the time around the pool bar, where we had great service. They organised a golf cart for us which is an essential for getting around. They also organised a snorkel trip and a trip to the mountain caves and tubing on the mainland. Such a nice time!
