A vision, probably more like a dream that began long ago with dusty dirt road baja trips during summer breaks in high school...in search of waves and adventure. Some trips were better planned and more fun than others but none came without amazing stories, some serious laughs and the thirst and desire to go do it again! Design and Planning Fast forward about 30 years, it helps to have a world class architect as a best friend, thank you Erik Zuziak of JZMK Architects. Casa Hermanos design and planning was about to become a reality! 4 bed 5 bath | Sleeps 10 The main house features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with beds to sleep 10. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are Master Ensuites with indoor and outdoor private shower & soaking tubs, each with its own flavor and unique design touches. The 4th bedroom we call the “bunk-room” was designed with kids in mind. Not losing any of the attention to detail or design elements this room will be fun and comfortable for kids and adults alike. Excellent Layout The primary master is attached to the main living space with interior direct access to the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are all set up as their own private suites. All rooms look out over the amazing pool deck and lush native landscaping with ocean views abound. Our home is ready for you to roll right in. The kitchen is fully outfitted for all your cooking and BBQ needs, we have bath, pool and beach towels for you, beach chairs, even a couple Wavestorm soft top surfboards to catch some waves. Other things to note Is Casa Hermanos close to the beach? There is a walking path that takes about 10-15 minutes by foot. This is a white soft sand beach that goes for miles in both directions and can’t be beat for tranquil beach walks, bocce ball games or sunsets. Are the beaches near the house swimming beaches? While the beach straight out is beautiful, we do not recommend it as a swimming beach because its more of a shore break with a steep drop off. There is a great surfing beach called “La Pastora" about 1 mile north, also part of this stretch of great white sandy beach. There is a family friendly flat beach in Cerritos about 20 minutes drive thru Todos Santos and great for all ages and activities including if you are a beginner surfer. We do provide beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and soft top surfboards for your beach days, whichever beach you decide to go to.

Surrounding the home is lush native landscaping, complemented by a stylish pool, an outdoor bar, a pool deck, a hot tub, a modern fire pit, and an observation tower perfect for whale watching and checking surf conditions at the nearby Pastora Beach. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets before even entering the house.

## Welcome to Casa Hermanos

This home is the realization of a long-held dream inspired by adventurous summer trips along dusty Baja dirt roads during high school, in search of waves and new experiences. Those journeys, filled with memorable stories and laughter, fueled the desire to create this unique retreat.

## Design and Planning

Thanks to the expertise of world-class architect Erik Zuziak of JZMK Architects, the vision for Casa Hermanos became a reality after about 30 years.

- 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms
- Sleeps up to 10 guests
- Three of the bedrooms are master suites, each featuring indoor and outdoor private showers and soaking tubs, with distinctive design elements giving each room its own character
- The fourth bedroom, known as the “bunk room,” is designed with children in mind but remains comfortable and stylish for adults as well

## Layout

The primary master suite connects directly to the main living area, providing easy access to the living room and kitchen. Bedrooms two, three, and four are arranged as private suites, all overlooking the pool deck, lush landscaping, and offering ocean views.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking and barbecue needs. The home also provides bath, pool, and beach towels, beach chairs, and a couple of Wavestorm soft-top surfboards for guests to enjoy the waves.

## Location and Beach Access

Casa Hermanos is approximately a 10 to 15-minute walk from a soft white sand beach that stretches for miles in both directions. This beach is ideal for peaceful walks, bocce ball games, and watching sunsets.

While the beach directly in front of the house is beautiful, it is not recommended for swimming due to a shore break and steep drop-off. About one mile north lies “La Pastora,” a popular surfing beach that is part of this same stretch of sandy coastline.

For a family-friendly option, Cerritos Beach is about a 20-minute drive through Todos Santos. It offers a flat, gentle beach suitable for all ages and activities, including beginner surfing.
