The Space

This nearly 200 square meter apartment offers stunning sea views and is located within a private, clean, and secure condominium. It comes equipped with air conditioning, a television, internet access, and a terrace that overlooks both the pool and the sea, providing beautiful sunset views.

The apartment includes access to the beach, a private awning, lounge chairs, and a table with chairs. The condominium features swimming pools for adults and children, a wading pool, a games room, a restaurant and bar, and expansive green areas.

Additional services such as maid, cook, and laundry are available for an extra charge.

Location and Security

The condominium provides privileged access to the sea and an extended beach area. Guests can enjoy shaded awnings on the beach for comfort and relaxation.

Guest Access

A 24-hour reception service is available to welcome guests upon arrival and assist with any inquiries. Entry to the apartment is designed to be autonomous and straightforward.

Check-In and Additional Fees

Upon arrival, guests must check in at the condominium reception and pay a fee of 30 pesos per person for identification bracelets. These bracelets must be worn at all times for security and control.

A refundable cash deposit of 2,000 pesos is required at check-in. This deposit will be returned upon check-out, provided no rules have been violated.

After completing the check-in process, guests will receive the apartment keys and a parking card.

Optional Services and Fees

• Cleaning service: 350 pesos per day
• Cooking service: 500 to 700 pesos per day, depending on the number of guests (does not include groceries or supplies)
• Reserved beach space with awning, chairs, table, and beds: Available upon request during check-in; assembly fee of 200 pesos applies
• Covered parking space included with the apartment
• Additional parking spaces available for 150 pesos each
• Laundry service provided by Mayan laundry: 300 pesos per load
