The condominium offers excellent pools for both children and adults, along with privileged access to the sea and an extended beach area. Beach awnings are available so you can relax and enjoy your time by the water.
The property is secure, with security staff on duty 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Guest Access
A 24-hour reception service is available upon arrival to welcome you and answer any questions.
You can access the apartment independently and easily.
Check-In and Additional Expenses
Upon arrival at the condominium, you must visit the front desk to complete the check-in process and pay a bracelet fee of $35 pesos per person. The bracelets must be worn at all times for control and security purposes.
A cash security deposit of $3,000 pesos is also required upon arrival. It will be returned at check-out, provided that the condominium rules have been followed.
Once check-in is complete, you will receive the apartment keys and parking card.
Optional Services
- Cleaning service: $500 pesos per day
- Kitchen service: $500–$700 pesos per day, depending on the number of guests. Grocery purchases and supplies are not included.
- Laundry service through Mayan: $400 pesos per load
Parking
The apartment includes one covered parking space. Additional parking spaces are available for $150 pesos each.
Beach Awning
The apartment has a reserved beach area with an awning, chairs, a table, and lounge chairs. To use it, request access from the administration during check-in and pay the $250-peso awning setup fee.

The apartment is very nice, everything is very clean, excellent for going with family, with children, the entire condominium is super nice. Gloria is very attentive and communicates well. Very good location near supermarkets and restaurants. I would choose the same one again :)

Very spacious apartment with ocean views inside the Mayan complex, with very good sized pools. Access is paid separately, but it is very accessible and worth it. I would have to stay there again

The apartment and the condominium were very nice and spacious. There were 8 of us, and the space was perfect… the only thing we didn't like was that the condominium restaurant closed very early, before dinner.

Everything was excellent. The only comment, but in relation to the condominium, is that because it's an Airbnb, they didn't want to set up an awning on the beach even though Gloria asked them to, but we were still on the beach with towels and very comfortable. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend it, and a special mention goes to Ade, the person who helped us with the cooking. He cooks deliciously and is a great person.
