Hacienda Colorado is a beautiful four-bedroom beachfront property located in Hacienda Iguana. It offers exceptional views of the famous Colorados surf break. The home is conveniently situated just a 15-minute walk from the Panga Drops surf break and only 50 yards (about a one-minute walk) from the community beach club, pool, restaurant, and bar.

The Space

The property features a spacious design with generous outdoor patio areas on both the upper and lower levels. A stunning beachfront pool overlooks the Colorados surf break, providing a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the scenery.

The expansive master suite is on the second floor and includes:

• King-size bed
• Twin bed
• Two recliners
• Large office desk

On the first floor, there are two additional guest suites with ocean views, each furnished with:

• King-size bed
• Twin bed

A fourth guest bedroom contains two twin beds.

The entire house is air-conditioned, including the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Additional amenities include:

• Reliable Starlink internet
• Amazon Fire Stick on the TV
• Backup generator to power lights and fans during outages
• Propane BBQ grill

The property is maintained by three staff members: a full-time housekeeper, a night guard, and a pool cleaner/gardener.

The base rate covers up to four guests. Additional guests incur an extra charge. The maximum occupancy is 10 people. Rates do not include Airbnb service fees.

Meal Packages

Guests can opt for meal packages featuring a personal chef who handles grocery shopping, meal preparation, cooking, and cleanup.

Breakfast Options Include:

• Pancakes and banana pancakes
• French toast
• Eggs and omelets
• Gallo pinto
• Hash browns
• Fresh fruit
• Tortillas and toast
  All breakfasts are served with coffee and freshly made fruit juices.

Lunch and Dinner Typically Include:

• Meat options such as chicken, fish, beef, pork, or lobster
• Sides like potatoes, rice, and/or tostones
• Salad and/or fresh vegetables

The chef can also prepare sandwiches, lasagna, tacos, burritos, pasta, hamburgers, BBQ, pizza, or any specific dish upon request. If guests choose to dine at local restaurants, reimbursement is available with prior notice.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you wish to skip a meal to avoid over-preparation.

Meal Package Pricing

Minimum package is for four adults, with a minimum cost of $500 per meal plan. Children under 12 receive half-price portions.

• Groups of 4-6 people:

  • 3 meals per day: $55 per person per day (includes non-alcoholic beverages and a snack basket)
  • 2 meals per day: $45 per person per day (includes non-alcoholic beverages)
  • Dinner only: $22 per person (or $27 per person for lobster, shrimp, or steak dinners; drinks not included)

• Groups of 7 or more people:

  • 3 meals per day: $50 per person per day (includes non-alcoholic beverages and a snack basket)
  • 2 meals per day: $40 per person per day (includes non-alcoholic beverages)
  • Dinner only: $20 per person (or $25 per person for lobster, shrimp, or steak dinners; drinks not included)
