Located on the second floor of the oceanfront duplex above Casa Dulcinea, this spacious and colorful home offers dramatic ocean and beach views. Its handcrafted, soaring cupola ceiling is a striking architectural feature, complemented by authentic Mexican art and carefully selected crafts.

Bright, generous interiors and meticulous finishes create a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. From the home, you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Casa Serena includes:

• Three bedrooms

• A spacious palapa terrace just off the living room
• An additional rooftop terrace with a pergola on the third floor
• Beautiful ocean views throughout the home

Bedrooms

• The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a comfortable additional built-in sleeping area.
• The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be arranged as a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and an ocean-view terrace.
• The third bedroom includes two twin beds that can be arranged as a king-size bed, an additional sleeping area, and a full bathroom.

If an additional fourth bedroom is needed, the Casita Studio may be available for separate rental.

Guest Access

Location

• Las Hamacas is located at the beginning of the quiet and clean North End neighborhood, closest to town.
• The property is approximately seven level blocks from town, with no hills along the walk.
• Restaurants and stores are nearby, while the property remains peacefully removed from the bustle of town.

Beachfront Property

• The property is just steps from the beach.
• This section of Sayulita Beach is clean, free of rocks, suitable for swimming, and generally uncrowded.
• It is close enough to walk to the Main Beach in town while still offering a more private setting.

On-Site Staff

Responsive on-site staff are available to assist with any issues:

• Front-desk receptionist: 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
• Caretaker: 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Night guard: 7:00 p.m.–7:00 a.m.
• Property manager available at all times for emergencies
