Other Things to Note
Guests are kindly asked to be considerate of others regarding noise levels. Playing music at a moderate volume is appreciated both on the terrace and inside the apartment.
The pool area is communal, so guests should avoid playing music there or leaving personal belongings in shared spaces.
Smoking is permitted on the terrace. However, if smoking frequently, guests are encouraged to use the garden table or chairs to avoid disturbing nonsmokers nearby.
Eating, drinking, and smoking are not allowed in the pool area to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

Great budget friendly option with a pool in Uvita. Short drive to main attractions and a 10 minute walk to the main beach. The space has a well equipped kitchen and the property is beautiful. Unfortunately, we had major issues with mosquitoes and ants during our stay. When we arrived, we had to kill at least 30+ mosquitoes before it was comfortable to rest and had to request ant poison for the kitchen. We also had a surprise guest toad under our bed. Our AC was also broken, but somewhat functional and was not able to be repaired during our stay. The host did issue a partial refund as compensation, which was much appreciated. The groundskeeper Ronald was friendly and responsive.

My second time staying for a week here at Morning Glory Uvita. I love this place, it's quiet, secure, and a close walk to the beach and more. Easy, accessible, beautiful location. I hope to stay again!

Petit logement agréable, bien situé à proximité d’un magasin et de la plage. N’hésitez pas à contourner l’entrée du parc pour éviter de payer. L’endroit est idéal pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter du calme et fuir la foule. La plage est magnifique au coucher du soleil, et la piscine est très agréable et rafraîchissante. Rita et son ami nous ont grandement aidés avec différentes idées de visites. Je recommande vivement ! Merci beaucoup :)

Eine schöne gepflegte Anlage und ein gut eingerichtetes Appartement. Wir wären gerne einen Tag länger geblieben. Aber für einen noch längeren Aufenthalt wäre uns beiden dies doch zu klein

A really beautiful spot in Uvita. It is very cozy, so I would recommend for a solo traveller or a couple who packs lightly, but other than it being small in size, it is absolutely perfect. It was super clean and the property as a whole was majestic. Incredibly close to everything, by walking, super market and beach wise. The contact person for the property, Ronald, is the nicest man alive. He was kind, attentive and helpful any time we reached out. The pool was a nice touch, but we opted for the beaches and waterfalls each day. Rent a vehicle if it's in your budget, because the parking is safe and secure, just like you, behind a gate. 10/10 would stay here again. Great value and even better location.

First I just want to say that the hosts, especially Ronald were wonderful. My mother has Alzheimer's and is not always an "easy" customer to deal with, but they went above and beyond to help us. So many thanks! The place itself is great. Super close to the beach (the nice quiet part). Has a shared pool (6 units so not busy), and has all you need. Highly recommend!

omg this place is a gem. 10 minutes walk to the beach, with easy access to restaurants and groceries. I spent 12 days here and picked up a routine of snorkeling in the day and taking a walk during sunset. it's the perfect place to do remote work. Ronald has been the best host who drove me to the shuttle station when the taxi driver flaked out. I am so grateful for everything. definitely coming back!
