Excellent accommodation. We were stranded due to the earthquake in Panama, and he made it possible for us to check in as soon as we booked. The accommodation is top-notch, very comfortable, very tidy, and the area is very safe and quiet. Excellent accommodation!!!

The apartment is beautiful. We only had a problem with the water heater the first morning, and unfortunately it was the day of my baby's baptism, so it delayed us a lot because the water was freezing. For this type of emergency at 5 am, there was no response until after 9 am. I fully understand that you won't be there 24 hours a day, but I do think you should have some kind of system because it's not normal for your guests to call you at that time. However, they took care of it and there was no problem the rest of the days. The area is wonderful, and every time we go to the city, this is the area where we stay. Thank you for the nice touch of the check-in amenities. The cereal, milk, and coffee are genuinely appreciated. We'll definitely be back to stay here.
