The bespoke Uvita waterfall is also just a stone cast away. The villa was built end of 2022 with Scandinavian quality and convenience in mind. The outdoor area at the back of the house has a BBQ space with a Weber grill and an outdoor seating area under the Mango tree. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new energy-efficient appliances such as a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, built in oven, ceramic cooking stove. A combined washer/dryer is also available for your convenience. The living room houses a full sized dining table, a sofa and a new 50” Samsung UHD smart tv. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet and a desk. The second bedroom houses a queen bed and a big closet.
