Amazing gated community very close to El Tunco beach. The house is spectacular and you can see the surfers early in the morning from the balcony of the master bedroom.

Beautiful place in a gated neighborhood. Very large and spacious- great for big groups. Lovely pool as well and spectacular view 10m walk to sunzal or a 5 minute uber to El tunco Only recommendation to host - the entire place is fitted with bright white fluorescent overhead lights - really hard on the eyes at night

Todo estuvo perfecto, La casa muy linda y comoda, tal cual se describe en las fotos, es de destacar que esta en un condominio privado. Excelente ubicacion.

This place was amazing. The chef recommended was outstanding. 10/10 would again. Place is beautiful. Mosquitos are a big part of el Salvador so be warned buy lots of off.

La casa es hermosa, tiene todas las comodidades y lujos. Estaba todo muy limpio cuando llegamos y nos estaban esperando para darnos la bienvenida. Suficiente espacio para estar cómodos, fuimos un grupo de 18 personas. Nos dejaron mucha agua para beber dentro de casa, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado funcionando al 100%. La piscina en óptimas condiciones. Parqueo para 2 carros dentro de casa y parqueamos 2 carros más afuera. El residencial es seguro, con vistas hacia el mar. Esta a menos de 5 minutos en carro de la playa El Tunco, en donde pudimos surfear. Alejandro nos dio muchas recomendaciones locales, las cuales fueron muy útiles y siempre estuvo atento a nosotros. Sin duda alguna recomendaría este lugar. Es de esas casas que no les hace falta nada. 10/10.

This house was fantastic. It was super close to the surf so that we could walk, Tyler gave us tons of local recommendations and was super helpful the whole way through.

Amazing property and amazing host. This place worked out really well for our group and had plenty of space. Amazing views and really good amenities. Highly recommend this place.

Really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and spacious for a large group. Alex and his team were super helpful and nice! The house is in a gated community, super safe. Private but close to night life. Would recommend to family and friends and would definitely stay again!
