The complex includes a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays. There is also a mini-market offering:

A cooler is available in the apartment for taking refreshments to the beach. Sodas, canned beer, and snacks may be consumed on the beach as long as the area is kept orderly and no litter is left behind.

Guest Access

The entire apartment is exclusively available to you.

Enjoy marina views and direct access to the private beach, which is equipped with lounge chairs, daybeds, and umbrellas. You can also make use of the complex's recreational facilities, including the paddle and tennis courts, gym, swimming pools, hot tubs, kids' playroom, and mini-market.

Other Things to Note

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the terraces. If cigarettes or any other smoking products are found, a fine of $1,000 USD will apply, in addition to any charges for damage to furniture, textiles, or other areas of the property.
• Pets are not allowed, including dogs of any size.
• Visitors and additional guests are not permitted inside the residential complex or apartment, even if they are not staying overnight.
• Once the reservation is confirmed, every guest staying at the property must provide a valid government-issued identification document to complete registration and receive access to the residential complex.
• Upon arrival, all guests must sign the residential and apartment regulations as a requirement for check-in and access.
• The residential complex uses an identification wristband system. All guests must wear their wristbands throughout their stay and follow the rules established by the administration.
• Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties imposed by the residential administration, monetary fines, restricted access to amenities, or, in serious or repeated cases, cancellation of the stay without a refund.
• Guests bringing a vehicle must request an access tag at reception during check-in to use the designated parking area. A deposit of $1,000 MXN is required, and the full amount will be refunded when the tag is returned before departure.

These policies are established by the residential administration and are mandatory for all guests. Confirming a reservation constitutes agreement to comply with all of these rules.

Once the reservation is confirmed, guests must complete the pre-arrival registration process, including reviewing and signing a rental agreement. Signing this document is required to complete registration and receive check-in instructions.
