The house was rustic and adorable with island vibes and lots of room. It has incredible views, even the stars are brighter at night. A/c works well. The doors have slats, so the outside doors, bedroom doors, and bathroom doors are not sound proof. There is no door on the upstairs, so privacy is minimal. The pool is nice and the bar adjacent to the pool is great for drinks and snacks and escaping the sun if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and was perfect for making meals. Plenty of linens and towels. Be careful using staircase inside the house. It is very uneven and there is a wobbly step. Please check your shoes for creatures before putting them on. Found a scorpion on mine one morning. Plenty of parking space for multiple golf carts. Local restaurants and food carts are so yummy. Dock across the street is difficult to find at first, but it’s great for pickup spot.

We had a wonderful stay! The house fit our family great! The pool and outside area were a wonderful place to play and eat! The inside of the house was comfortable and cozy. Location is peaceful and private and a short drive to wonderful restaurants and more. The locals are incredibly friendly and helpful and live to talk to those that have a minute. An amazing stay that already has us wanting to return! Thank you so much much for sharing your lovely home!

Just a note for the next people. This location is not maintained, there was a lot of dust and built up dust balls around the house, even hanging from the walls. The owner is selling the property and doesn't want to update anything. 4/5 of the TVs did NOT work, the dryer didn't work but they did get a replacement the day before we left. Also, there are some broken items in the house, door locks don't close all the way. You may see scorpions and spiders, as well as lizards, as we did. The pool area was not cleaned up prior to our stay. Also, please wear insect repellant! This is a MUST, I have never been attacked that much in Belize ever. The mosquitos get in the house and are bothersome. When you go out at night, COVER UP! When you park downstairs be ready to run into the house because you will get attacked by mosquitos.

I'm not sure why some of the reviews on this place are not so good or they are complaining about minuscule things, this place is the amazing! This is the second time I've stayed here and it was even better than the first time! keep in mind, your in Belize, not America, so do more research before you book something out of country if you're going to complain about little things like wind and outdated furniture or "long" golf cart rides. 🤣. everywhere you travel in San Pedro is bumpy, and it's actually only a 15 min drive to the heart of town, not 45. this place is unbelievable for the price and location. super safe and comfy with PLENTY of AC and amenities. we never had any issues and the host was super awesome and accommodating. id give this place 10 Stars if I could, and this will always be my go to place to stay Everytime I visit. I've been all around San Pedro and to all different hotels and I'll never stay anywhere else. only thing I recommend is bring some mosquito repellent.

We enjoyed this home to the fullest. It needs upgrading, but it worked. The pool, prior to the upgrade that happed after we left, was nice when it lasted. It was an adventure. The raccoon is large and in charge. Also very friendly. It wanted to join us in the living room one night, until our friend got freaked out. 😂.

Large beautiful property, great for entertaining. Clear instructions and easy to find. Property is a little golf cart drive from main area; restaurants and stores, ect. Host was very helpful for all our needs, would stay again.
