The Space

Welcome to Matapalo 101, a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo located on the ground level of the Diria Resort in Tamarindo. This beautiful end-unit condo sits poolside and features multiple terraces with ample outdoor seating. Professionally decorated with high-end furnishings, it offers over 2,100 square feet of living space, providing plenty of room for your group to relax and spread out.

The spacious living and dining areas include flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms and the family room. The condo is equipped with cable TV, high-speed WiFi, and central air conditioning. Each of the three bedrooms is generously sized and has its own private full bathroom. The master bedroom and the second guest bedroom each have a king bed, while the third guest bedroom contains two full-size beds, comfortably accommodating 6 to 8 guests. The master bathroom includes a bathtub.

The kitchen boasts custom wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Additional conveniences include an in-unit washer and dryer, an in-room safe, 24-hour security, secure parking, and elevator access.

Guests receive complimentary essentials such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. The condo is fully stocked with extras for your enjoyment, including beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more. Pool and beach towels, as well as foldable chairs, are provided free of charge for use within the condo area.

Resort Access and Amenities

Matapalo 101 is part of the Diria Resort, the only beachfront resort in Tamarindo. As a condo guest, you have exclusive access to the 10,000-square-foot free-form pool located directly in front of the unit. You can also enjoy direct access to Tamarindo Beach through the resort grounds, along with entry to the Diria shops and restaurants.

Please note that the breakfast buffet is not included but can be purchased separately, subject to availability. Other hotel amenities such as towels, the Tropicana pool, lounge chairs, and the gym are reserved exclusively for hotel guests.

To maintain security, all guests aged 12 and older must wear a bracelet to use resort facilities. Prior to arrival, the concierge team will request confirmation of the total number of guests along with full names and passport photos to prepare these bracelets in advance.

At check-in, the person who made the reservation must present valid identification.
