Casa Piedra Azul is a beautiful estate with three pools and panoramic ocean views. Located in Sayulita, the villa looks directly over the surf break and magnificent Pacific Ocean.

The sunsets are spectacular. This gated estate includes a four-bedroom villa, a pool deck with two pools overlooking Sayulita Bay, large outdoor entertainment areas, a spacious garden, a third infinity pool, and a palapa.

The Space

Casa Piedra Azul is part of the private Villas Piedra Blanca estate, which includes two villas: Casa Roca and Casa Piedra Azul.

• When Casa Piedra Azul is rented on its own, Casa Roca will not be rented to another guest and will remain locked during your stay.
• For larger groups, Casa Roca can also be rented, allowing the estate to accommodate up to 16 guests.
• The property includes three pools, a palapa, garden areas, and outdoor spaces for entertaining.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire estate, including:

• Three pools
• The palapa
• Garden areas
• Event spaces associated with the villa

Event use requires an additional venue fee. Events require rental of the full property, which includes seven bedrooms in total, and a minimum stay of six nights.

Events and Celebrations

Villas Piedra Blanca is suitable for weddings, bachelorette parties, retreats, business gatherings, yoga retreats, and birthday celebrations with friends.

The upper garden area is available as an event venue for larger parties that include outside guests. An additional fee applies. The entire property remains available to registered guests at all times.

Location

Villas Piedra Blanca is located on the northern side of the iconic subtropical village of Sayulita on Mexico’s Pacific coast.

• By golf cart or car, the nearest beach is approximately three minutes away.
• Sayulita’s town center is only a few minutes away by vehicle.
• The beach is approximately 600 meters downhill on foot.

Jungle Environment

Sayulita is surrounded by jungle, so exotic animals may occasionally walk or fly around the property. Guests are visiting their natural habitat.

During the monsoon season, powerful thunderstorms may occur. These storms can affect the local power grid, so power outages are possible.

Accessibility

The property is located on Nanzal Hill, a steep hillside overlooking the ocean. Villas Piedra Blanca is reached by a steep road made of gravel, dirt, and cobblestones. A true four-wheel-drive vehicle is the most appropriate option for driving up to the property.

The walk to the property also requires physical effort and may be difficult for elderly guests with severe mobility issues. Once on the estate, guests will encounter steep driveways and stairs throughout Villas Piedra Blanca.

Guests with mobility issues or disabilities may find the property challenging. However, the estate regularly hosts weddings with guests of varying abilities, and the views and setting provide a memorable experience.

Water Supply

Fresh water delivery to the hill is limited by the town’s modest infrastructure. Additional water is transported to the property by truck to supplement the supply.

Guests are asked to use water thoughtfully and help prevent the supply from running out unexpectedly.

Construction and External Noise Disclaimer

Construction, renovation, or development activities may occur on neighboring or nearby properties at any time and are entirely outside the host’s control. These activities may cause noise, vibrations, visual disturbances, or other inconveniences, which may arise or change without notice.

The host does not guarantee that the surrounding area will be free from construction or external noise.

By confirming the reservation, guests accept these conditions and agree that external construction activity does not constitute a property defect, breach of contract, or failure of services. No refunds, discounts, credits, cancellations, or compensation will be provided due to construction-related noise or disturbances, regardless of prior disclosure or early departure.
