The Space

Escape to a private beach house on Sandy Beach in the exclusive Costa Diamante community. This two-story home accommodates up to 14 guests and features a spacious kitchen, two balconies with ocean sunset views, and a seasonally temperature-controlled pool just steps from the door.

The home is approximately 2,300 square feet and sits directly along Sandy Beach, one of Rocky Point’s most desirable beaches. Off-road adventures, water sports, restaurants, and bars are all within easy reach.

Upstairs

The bright, open-concept upper floor is designed for gathering. The fully equipped kitchen connects seamlessly with the dining and living areas, creating a comfortable space to cook, dine, and relax together.

Balconies

Two spacious balconies extend from the living area and offer beautiful beach views. They are ideal for enjoying a glass of wine, taking in the ocean scenery, and watching the sunset.

Downstairs

The lower floor provides a quieter setting for rest and relaxation after a day at the beach.

The home has four bedrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests.

• Master bedroom, first floor: One king bed and a full private bathroom
• Guest bedroom 1, upstairs: One queen bed, beautiful beach views, and a full semi-private bathroom
• Guest bedroom 2, upstairs: One queen bed, one trundle twin bed, and a full private bathroom
• Guest bedroom 3, upstairs: One queen bed, one trundle twin bed, and a full private bathroom
• Living room: One queen-size sofa bed

Outdoor Living and Amenities

• Seasonally temperature-controlled pool: The pool is heated during cooler months and cooled during warmer months. Its location makes it easy to keep an eye on children while they play.
• Beach access: A well-maintained path leads directly to the soft sands of Sandy Beach in approximately 1–2 minutes.
• Community pool and spa: Guests receive complimentary access to the community pool and spa.
• Smart TV: A Smart TV is provided; cable service is not available.
• Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is included.

Location

The home is located within walking distance of popular restaurants and bars, which are approximately 5–10 minutes away. The vibrant Malecón, Rocky Point’s downtown area, is approximately a 10–15-minute drive.

Important Information

• Age requirement: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
• Community bracelets: Each reservation includes 12 bracelets for access to community amenities, including the pool. The community charges a non-negotiable fee of $50 per person for additional guests. This fee is paid to security upon check-in.
• Quiet hours: Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 p.m.
• Community rules: The community has strict rules regarding the surrounding area. Please follow them for your enjoyment and safety.
