You will have full access to the entire condominium and will be just a few steps away from the beautiful 9-hole par 31* golf course and 3 tennis courts*, the trails for running, walking or cycling, the old railway, the heritage bridges of more than 100 years, the river and lakes, the club house with its pool, cafeteria, playground, ping pong and billiards. This house is close to everything!
The entry of vanes, buses, minibuses, busses and busses is prohibited to the condominium: only private cars are allowed.

The condominium charges an entrance fee of 22,000 pesos (USD 4.5) per person at the front door. Children under the age of 12 do not pay.

*If you plan to travel to the house in something bigger than a small van, keep in mind that the entrance bridge to the condominium is very narrow (2.60 meters wide) and probably won't fit. However, you could get off before the bridge and walk because the house is only 50 meters away.

Airbnb's small cleaning fee covers preparing the house before your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The housekeeping staff fee covers their work during your stay, and you pay them directly before check-out.
Please note: NO LOUD PARTYING OR EVENTS. The house is located in a family condominium. If you plan to party at TopSpot, we can offer you other houses that better suit your plans. NO MUSIC OR NOISE ALLOWED AFTER 11 PM! Maximum Music Volume is 65 Db at day and 55 Db at night measured in the parking lot. Fines for non-compliance apply and will be deducted from your security deposit.
You are responsible for your groceries. It is a custom in our country that maids DO NOT bring their own food. Please don't forget to bring enough for them too.
Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.

Excellent stay. The place was spotless, very comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. The scenery is amazing and the place is perfect for relaxing and resting. The host's service was excellent and he was always attentive to any needs. We would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

The house is as posted, it is super quiet, spacious and beautiful. Mayra and Daniela, who helped at home and in the kitchen, were wonderful and cooked delicious food. It really is a place to relax and rest. To get there, just take the road to Apulo and from there to the condominium. I would come back to this house.

The house is perfect for a relaxed, peaceful stay. Maira's service was spectacular, and the location is prime, overlooking the golf course and surrounded by beautiful trees! In addition, Álvaro's communication and service were very good at all times. We will definitely be back!

We spent some amazing days in the house. The surroundings of the place are beautiful and perfect for a walk or just to relax in the house. During the day it is very quiet, surrounded by nature and the atmosphere is conducive to disconnecting from everything. The condo's clubhouse is very useful and has everything you need for family fun. At night it's a bit noisy, because the neighboring houses are very close to the rooms and a couple of nights they woke us up, but nothing serious. The house comes with everything you need for comfort (except for soap and shampoo. We really missed these amenities, especially for a top site in this category). The maids have to be told what to do, but they are very friendly and cook great. Communication with the host could have been more fluid, but in the end there was a solution to everything directly with the cleaning lady.

The house is very comfortable for families, each bedroom has its own private bathroom and they are a good size. We missed a little that the house does not have a TV lounge... the pool area is very nice with parasols and integrated into the social area. The pool is quite deep once you go down the steps. Overall everything was great.
