This is not simply a rental property—it is our home, which we have opened to guests. We kindly ask you to respect it, care for it, and maintain it as you would your own.

The property is located just a few blocks from downtown Ajijic, as well as many of the area’s best restaurants and points of interest.

The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated using the new large-capacity gas boiler. Heating has a recovery cost of $1,000 pesos per day, paid directly to Mrs. Veronica, who receives payment and arranges for the gas tank to be refilled. This is a cost-recovery charge.

Services

Mrs. Veronica assists with delivering and receiving the house. She also helps maintain the property’s cleanliness and organization during your stay.

Mrs. Brenda is responsible for assisting in the kitchen, preparing food, and keeping the kitchen clean and orderly.

Both are highly courteous, efficient, and helpful. Their services are required and are not optional. The cost is $1,500 pesos per person for a three-day, two-night stay, paid directly upon arrival.

Their usual working hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., or another schedule agreed upon with them according to your needs. Vero and Brenda will help make your stay a memorable experience.

Property Care

The property is sanitized and fumigated weekly. However, the Riviera de Chapala is known for its exceptional climate and the large number and variety of insects in the area. Cobwebs that form daily on the walls and outdoor fans are removed regularly.

Publication

The property is advertised and rented exclusively through Airbnb and its host, Jorge Gerardo. We do not use any other platform or website.

Guest Access

Guests have access to:

• A terrace with a pool that can be heated for an additional cost
• A Jacuzzi with a hydrotherapy system
• An industrial stove
• A Green Egg grill on the main terrace
• An original Corona cooler from the 1970s
• A fully equipped kitchen
• Seven Samsung 4K television screens for use with your subscribed streaming services
• 200 Mbps Infinitum fiber-optic internet
• Six access points distributed throughout the property
• A spectacular Sky Bar on the third level, with a billiards table and an 80-inch Samsung HD screen
• A foosball table
• A shuffleboard table
• A garden with plants and fruit trees
• Two garages with parking for five cars
• Multiple living rooms and dining areas
• Additional spaces and amenities throughout the property

House Rules and Additional Information

Parties and events are not permitted.

In accordance with an agreement with the neighbors, music must be turned off at 11:00 p.m. During the day, music must be kept at a volume that does not disturb the community, helping maintain a healthy and respectful relationship with the neighbors.

The pool and Jacuzzi have permanent filtration equipment operating 24 hours a day. Both use a salt-based system for cleaning and sanitation. Guests must bathe with neutral soap and water before using the pool or Jacuzzi.

Please do not apply tanning lotions or creams before entering, as they can alter the water’s pH and make it cloudy. Eating and drinking inside the pool or Jacuzzi are not permitted.

Please note that the seventh room is located in the garden area and includes a full bathroom and two single beds.
