Important Notes

• Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. The villa does not have a generator, but there is a 10,000-liter water reserve.
• The area is developing, so some construction noise may occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. However, the villa remains quiet, and 8mm laminated glass windows and doors provide soundproofing for added comfort.
• Insects are part of the local ecosystem and may be present inside the villa. They are not a sign of uncleanliness. Please avoid harming them and keep food covered to prevent attracting them.
• The cleaning fee covers checkout cleaning only. Additional cleanings during your stay are available upon request for an extra charge and subject to availability.
• For stays of 7 days or longer, one additional cleaning is provided upon request. Daily cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
• Pool maintenance is scheduled between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m.
