The space The house can comfortably accommodate 15 people in its 6 rooms. It has beautiful, well-maintained gardens, a lake, terraces, several social areas each with a fireplace and a charming atmosphere where every detail has been thought out to be fully enjoyed.
Guest access Guests have private access to the entire property. Previously unregistered guests are not allowed to enter.
Other things to note ➜ Mandatory services during the stay
• Housekeeping service: During your stay, there will be two maids. Their service is mandatory and costs COP 100,000 (USD 26) per day worked, per maid. Her work schedule is from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. They will take care of cleaning the house, preparing breakfast and lunch, making up the rooms and providing general support during your stay. In Colombia, it is customary to offer them the same food that the group eats.
• Gardener service: It is also mandatory and costs COP 50,000 (USD 15) per day worked. The caretaker will be available to help with the maintenance of the property and to attend to any additional needs that may arise during your stay, helping you to enjoy a comfortable and hassle-free experience.
Please note, the Airbnb cleaning fee and housekeeper service fee are separate and different. The small cleaning fee charged through Airbnb covers the preparation of the house prior to your arrival and cleaning after your departure. The cost of the maids' service covers their work and attention during your stay and you must pay them directly before check-out, they appreciate it very much.
Depending on our booking schedule, we can be flexible regarding check-in/out times, but if we need to prepare the house for upcoming guests, check out time is strictly enforced. Late and unauthorized check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
➜ After the 10 guests there is a charge of U$25 per person/extra night. ➜ No events with more than 30 people, including both guests and guests. Pet ➜ policy: 2 pets maximum 10 kilos are allowed in. A one time fee of USD $50 per pet is charged for the stay.

Amazing house. Very cozy and welcoming. We had family from Peru fly in and they completely fell in love with it. Even family that live in the surrounding areas said how amazing the house was. Would definitely stay there again. Luz and Pedro were amazing and helpful throughout the whole stay.

One of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had, the place is quiet and complies with everything mentioned in the description, 100% recommended, the only precaution you should take is if older people are going up the stairs and steps, there are quite a few, and an older person who was with us suffered a fall, but otherwise everything was excellent, the ladies Luz and Elena were the best investment of the stay because they cook and serve you wonderfully and the impeccable cleanliness, I will certainly stay again, quick response from the host at all times

Everything was extraordinary. We were a group of 10 people and we all had a comfortable place to sleep and bathrooms with plenty of water and a hot shower. Everything was very clean, comfortable beds. The property is spacious and surrounded by natural beauty. Luz, Elena and Pedro's service was excellent, the food exquisite. The preparation of the tables for breakfast and lunch, worthy of photography. The whole atmosphere of tranquility and peace allowed for an unforgettable family reunion.
