The residence has been fully restored after Hurricane Otis and now offers all amenities, including:

Every bedroom has a private bathroom. The service room is suitable for personal staff or nannies and may also be used by guests, depending on the size of the group.

The Space

Everything is provided for a comfortable and memorable vacation. The private beach club is luxurious and accessible by golf cart transportation throughout the complex.

The location is especially convenient because it is next to La Isla shopping mall. A private door located 20 meters from the tower provides direct access, making it easy to cross with children or strollers without taking a car.

The location is also practical in the evening. Harry’s restaurant is almost directly across from the apartment, while SHU is approximately 50 meters away.

Guest Access

The family-friendly complex offers amenities for both children and adults, including:

• Clubhouse with a fully equipped gym
• Spa with seven massage rooms, a shower, steam room, and sauna
• Outdoor children’s play area
• Children’s playroom
• Games room with billiards and table tennis
• Two swimming pools
• Garden
• Beach club
• Courts for various sports

To visit the beach club, request a golf cart to pick you up. The beach club includes restaurant and bar service, and children are welcome.

Cleaning and Cooking Service

Daily cleaning service is mandatory and costs 500 pesos per day. The cleaner is trusted, patient, and experienced with young children.

She can prepare simple meals such as chilaquiles, quesadillas, and eggs to order, as well as more elaborate dishes. Cooking costs an additional 200 pesos per day, separate from the cleaning fee.

She can also purchase outside items if needed; taxi costs are paid separately.

Payment is made directly to her in cash, by deposit, or by bank transfer. The fee applies from the day of check-in through the day of check-out.

Additional Guest Fee

For groups of 10 or more, an additional guest fee of $650 per person per night applies. Extra mattresses are available, and guests may use the living room and service room. Both children and adults count toward the total number of guests.

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in: After 3:00 p.m.
• Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m.

Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee of $1,500 each. Please confirm in advance so arrangements can be coordinated.

Maximum Number of People in Common Areas

The permitted number of people is based on the apartment’s square footage:

• 0–120 square meters: 6 people
• 121–160 square meters: 8 people
• 161–200 square meters: 10 people
• 201–240 square meters: 12 people
• 241–280 square meters: 14 people
• More than 281 square meters: 16 people

Fines for Violations

• Coolers in swimming pools or use of non-white towels: $3,000; second warning
• Pets in restricted areas or elevators: $3,000; second warning
• Use of oversized inflatables exceeding 120 centimeters: $3,000; second warning
• Service personnel or nannies using the swimming pools: $5,000; second warning
• Towels or clothing hung outside on balcony rails: $3,000; second warning
• Disturbing the peace or creating excessive noise on terraces, including parties: $5,000; second warning
• Throwing trash from balconies or spitting onto neighbors’ terraces: $5,000; second warning
• Pets inside swimming pools: $15,000; direct fine
• Driving faster than 25 kilometers per hour in parking areas: $2,000; second warning
• Using all-terrain vehicles, motorcycles, golf carts, or cars on bicycle or pedestrian paths, except for the section from Bali to the beach club: $5,000; second warning
• Bringing vendors into common areas or the licensed beach area without management authorization: $3,000; second warning
• Using common areas without a badge or bracelet: $1,500 per person; second warning
• Parking in another person’s space without the owner’s or administration’s consent, or parking in a disabled space for more than 15 minutes: $2,000; second warning
• Any other violation specified in the regulations: $1,000; second warning
