Casa Encanto is a private home designed for relaxing in Guanacaste with family or friends. The property offers three bedrooms, a private pool, gated grounds, covered parking, and spacious areas for unwinding.
Located less than a five-minute drive from Potrero, the home is also close to Flamingo, Penca, Brasilito, Conchal, and other beautiful beaches. Enjoy the privacy of your own home and pool while exploring some of Guanacaste’s best coastal destinations.
The Space
Casa Encanto is a completely private, gated property designed for a comfortable stay with family or friends. The home accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms:
- Primary bedroom: Queen bed and a private full bathroom inside the bedroom.
- Two additional bedrooms: Each includes a queen bed and a single pull-out trundle bed underneath, providing sleeping space for two additional guests. These bedrooms share a full bathroom located just outside.
A half bathroom is also available near the pool area for added convenience.
Outside, guests can enjoy a completely private swimming pool and comfortable areas for relaxing.
Parking
The property accommodates up to three vehicles:
- One covered parking space.
- One uncovered parking space.
- Space for a third vehicle behind the covered parking area.
Guest Access
During your stay, you will have exclusive access to the entire Casa Encanto property, including:
- All three bedrooms.
- Social areas.
- Private pool.
- Outdoor spaces.
- Parking.
The house, pool, and all other areas are reserved exclusively for your group. The property is fully gated, providing privacy and peace of mind throughout your stay.
Additional Information
The pool receives professional maintenance three times per week to keep it clean and in excellent condition. During these visits, the pool technician accesses only the necessary outdoor areas and works quickly and discreetly to respect guests’ privacy.

We truly enjoyed this space near Playa Potrero. The host was helpful with getting us checked in even when we encountered some difficulty on our end. The place was exactly as described and had more space than we needed. The air conditioner worked perfectly throughout and we were a 4min drive from most anything we needed. Local horses greeted us every morning as we left the home. This was perfect. Things that could use some improvement that I don’t think took from our stay, but may take from others’: the water pressure is weak. It was kind of like bathing in rain, which was fine for us. The pool was not cleaned on the Friday that we stayed, even though we were told it’s cleaned every Friday and Tuesday. We spent Saturday morning fishing quite a few dead bugs out of the pool…not a biggie for us, but someone else may care. We also could not find additional trash bags, but there was a plethora of towels and linens. The host left fresh fruit for my birthday. I would come again and again!

Very nice place. The only issue is the pool. The steps are very sharp, and I hit my foot hard. Another person scraped their leg.

The house is quite nice, but it needs maintenance. There was no bath soap in either of the two bathrooms, which was somewhat unexpected because there has always been some in every house I've been to. The roads for transportation are very bad, but that's something that doesn't depend on the host. The beaches nearby are quite good and beautiful, especially Playa Dana, Playa Danita, and Playa Flamenco.
