Guest Access and Security
The entire house is available exclusively to you and your guests. It is located beside the road, near a police station, providing a high level of security.
The property is cared for by a family of three who live next door.
Additional Information
- The pool does not have a boiler or heater. Installing one would considerably increase the price, and heated-pool options are difficult to find. From November through February, the water may be cold, but you can still enjoy the pool, foosball table, and gardens.
- Towels are not provided for every guest, but a limited number are available if someone forgets theirs.
- Freshly laundered sheets and two pillows are provided in each room.
- Each bathroom inside the house includes three rolls of toilet paper, bath soap, shampoo, hand soap, and antibacterial gel.
- The price includes house cleaning. The house is delivered clean, the pool is cleaned in the mornings, and the garbage is taken out.
- Cooking and cleaning services are available throughout the day for an additional fee.

We had a great time and they were always looking out for us. However, the house needs some maintenance, mainly on the pool floor, since there are damaged tiles, so people who stepped in hurt their feet and even had small cuts.

My family and I really liked the place. The house is beautiful, very clean, and there is plenty of space for large groups. Viri is very friendly, helpful and approachable. Likewise, Martin and Briza welcomed us. They were very helpful and kind. The only thing is that the pool floor scratched our feet a bit. I don't know if the tile was broken or if the texture was very rough, but several of my relatives hurt their feet a bit. Apart from that, everything was very nice, and we would definitely come back.

The house is very large and allows the family to enjoy the entire stay as they please, as long as everyone has the best attitude and a desire to have fun. Like everything in life, nothing is perfect, but what matters most is the attitude!!!!

This is one of the nicest houses we've ever stayed in. I went on a family trip with 11 people, and it was the ideal place because the house is much better than what's shown in the photos, the garden is beautiful, the pool was perfect for the whole family, and in the garden there are two large palapas with grills, which we made the most of. It has a fronton court that we also enjoyed. The house is very spacious, its rooms are very well laid out, and it was a great plus that most have their own bathroom and those that share do so in a very accessible way. The afternoons at the pool table were pleasant, while others were in the pool or playing board games in the living room. It's true that the house is a classic building. It's not modern, but it's very cozy and perfect for large group plans. It was a plus that there was support from Viri the whole time. We certainly hope to return. We traveled with two medium-sized dogs, and they were the happiest.

The house is very nice and large. They gave us a clean house with the necessary kitchen utensils. There are trash cans in the living areas. The rooms were clean and the beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are also clean with everything you need to bathe and with toilet paper. There is a foosball table downstairs, a large screen in the living room to watch TV comfortably, and the pool table upstairs is very well maintained and very complete. We had a great time. The pool is huge. The only thing is that it doesn't have a heater to warm the water, but it doesn't need it because it's very hot and the water is always warm. The only thing is that we found two scorpions. Fortunately, nothing happened. You just have to be careful. We are very grateful to the host for the stay and the attention. We also thank Martin for his attention. He supported us at all times. Thank you. We will return.
