The Space
Welcome to your stylish seaside retreat, located right on the shore of Panga Drops wave. This unique condo combines contemporary design with industrial elements, featuring furniture and decor thoughtfully crafted by renowned designers Calle + Calle. The interior blends leather and steel with coastal and spiritual influences.
This spacious unit offers three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including one conveniently situated near the front door for a post-surf shower.
As the largest floor plan in CostaMar and one of only three corner units, it boasts an entire wall of windows providing an unobstructed ocean view. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, a full bathroom, and a private patio, allowing you to enjoy stunning views of Panga Drops right from your bed.
The second bedroom contains two twin beds, while the third bedroom features a king-size bed. The living room is equipped with a television; however, there are no TVs in the bedrooms.
While children are welcome, please note that the condo is not ideally suited for very young kids due to fragile items such as glass candle holders throughout the space.

First off, Jades home is incredible!! She was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The home itself is exactly as the pictures show. It is a great location within Iguana, right in front of Panga Drops. Unfortunately during our entire 5 week stay there was exterior building renovations going on. So we were often woken up very early by scaffolding getting hammered together and grinding right outside of the bedrooms. Jade was very understanding and sympathetic to this disruption. We would 100% stay here again and very much recommend it to everyone. Pros - Very comfortable beds - Great location - Clean and modern design - Kitchen itself had everything we needed - Perfect space for a family of 5 Cons - No BBQ - No information booklet. Some information on the area would have saved some guessing at the start. ie where to get water, how to order groceries if you want to, food recommendations, best rentals for golf cart & surf boards. Local sightseeing things to do.

Very enjoyable stay. This complex is stunning, the pool, the views, the rooftop patio. We loved walking on the beach and just being here. The condo is well stocked and comfortable, The layout is spacious and open. The bed was great. The unit would benefit from upgraded dining ware and towels moving it more towards its luxury potential. A few things were in need of repair (downstairs shower, vanity) but it wasn’t a big deal for us. Cleanliness was decent overall. This is a sheltered community of expats with shockingly high restaurant prices but we enjoyed our time there and would go back; the location is exceptional and the condo is comfortable and enjoyable. Jade was easy to deal with and responsive.

Very nice place with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The place (beach, wave for surfing, Hacienda Iguana community, etc.) is beautiful and a big favorite. The only weak point, if it can be… is that sometimes there is a lack of water for periods of +\-12 hours, but it allows you to respect the Nica vibe 🏄♂️🏝️☀️!

Jade’s home was fantastic and has wonderful views as well as an incredible location. The unit was well outfitted and the staff was very friendly. We felt safe and right at home on the beach, the sunsets were spectacular from every room. She was delightful to work with and we look forward to returning. 👍
