The Space

Mi Casa Soñada is a peaceful and comfortable beachfront home featuring 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It is situated directly in front of the Panga Drops surf break, offering stunning ocean views. The property includes a private swimming pool right on the beach.

The house is designed with spacious bedrooms and modern amenities to ensure a relaxing stay. Each bedroom and the game room are equipped with air conditioning. Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, hammocks, a BBQ grill, and more.

  • Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an additional twin bed.
  • Guest bedroom with two twin beds that can be combined into a king bed upon request, featuring an en-suite bathroom.
  • Both second-floor bedrooms share a large balcony with expansive ocean and surf views.

The entire home offers privacy and comfort throughout.

Additional Details

• Cleaning service is provided three days per week.
• Optional meal plan available with three freshly prepared meals daily.
• Each property includes a safe for valuables.
• A backup generator powers fans, lights, and most outlets during power outages; however, air conditioning units are not powered by the generator.
• Laundry service is included, with housekeeping staff handling all laundry as they have exclusive access to the washer and dryer.

Please note this listing is for the house rental only and does not include the guest studio. If the guest cottage is not rented, it may be occupied by another group who access the beach via a pathway beside the house.

The best grocery store nearby is La Colonia in Rivas, located about 100 meters south of the Tola turnoff on the west side of the street. It is recommended to stock up on groceries here for your entire stay. Fuel stations are also available in Rivas.

Getting Around

Mi Casa Soñada is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica.

Most major car rental companies operate at Managua airport; reservations in advance are recommended. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is only necessary if you plan to visit beaches further south near San Juan del Sur.

If you prefer not to rent a vehicle, airport transfers and daily sightseeing or surf trips can be arranged. Motorcycle and scooter rentals are also available, along with vehicle and boat transportation to other surf breaks.

Alamo and National rental offices are located near Hacienda Iguana for additional vehicle rental options.
