5BR Colonial House in Antigua Guatemala

This is the place to stay in Antigua! We spent two weeks here as a family of seven. We were in Antigua to take Spanish classes and to explore the area. Victor's place was the perfect home base and a peaceful oasis to return to after each day. The location is excellent, it is in the heart of the historic city surrounded by great restaurants and was a short walk to our language school. Beautiful bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Immaculately clean kitchen and bathrooms and an outdoor patio and terrace that provide views of the surrounding volcanoes. Victor was a very attentive and helpful host and gave us great recommendations. Guillermo is the local caretaker and was a joy to interact with. He welcomed us when we arrived, and was very helpful during our stay. I am rambling on, but this was the best AirBnB experience we have ever had and we hope to return sometime soon!

Great place to stay for groups, the place is so spacious, peaceful and beautiful. Victor is a fantastic host, so responsive from the minute I booked. Highly recommend booking this place over a hotel, would absolutely stay here again should I find myself back in Guatemala. It has a stunning courtyard and rooftop, so peaceful, great location. Kitchen is fully stalked, rooms were comfortable, had fans and the beds were so comfortable. We all got the best nights sleep there! Thanks for the warm welcome Victor!

It's really hard to put this home into words. This is our second time staying here, and we honestly cannot wait until we are able to come back. We had such a wonderful stay here! From the moment we arrived, Victor made us feel incredibly welcome with thoughtful touches that really made the experience special. The apartment itself was absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures, and the location couldn’t have been more perfect for exploring the city. Victor was communicative, responsive, and so accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything seamless and stress-free. We would absolutely recommend this place to friends or anyone considering booking. We’d love to stay again!

The house is beautiful! Very clean, comfortable, and picture perfect decorated :) The host very responsive, helpful and friendly. I would 1000% recommend this house if you want to visit Antigua with family or friends. Worth every penny! This home is absolutely stunning. Our group of 6 loved the layout, courtyard, rooftop, and easy access to the center of Antigua. Victor was very accommodating and communicative, making sure we were comfortable the whole time. Absolutely recommend!

Loved the location!

I would give 10 stars if possible. This villa is a little peace of heaven. Old world charm with all the modern comforts. Victor was extremely gracious always responsive. We were welcomed by treats and a beautiful hand written note. The house was extremely comfortable with a lot of beautiful spaces to relax and lounge. Excellent location

Victor's home feels like secluded paradise with the convenience of being walkable to attractions and everything else we needed. Not to mention, Guillermo greeted us upon arrival and helped keep the house tidy every day. I enjoyed the spacious bedroom and gorgeous views from the rooftop terrace. My family was very happy with the well-equiped kitchen and wonderfully designed garden. Moreover, Victor is detail-oriented. The lovely touches such as the bouquets of flower, wine, and banana bread made the place warm and welcoming. Victor also sent over the schedule for the processions during Semana Santa prior to arrival. We could not ask for a more attentive and proactive host. I would book his home again in a heartbeat.
