The Space

Villa Camila is a spacious and elegant private residence in the heart of Cancun’s Hotel Zone, located within an exclusive gated residential condominium with controlled access and 24-hour security.

The villa is approximately 40 steps from one of Cancun’s finest beaches, offering convenient access to the Caribbean Sea and its white sand. Guests can also walk to nearby activities, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants.

The property includes:

• A private swimming pool with a waterfall and water jets
• Lush vegetation and decorative landscaping
• An outdoor deck with lounge areas
• A bar
• A barbecue
• Space for sunbathing and relaxing outdoors
• Free access to the nearby beach

With approximately 350 square meters of interior space, Villa Camila offers comfortable living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and 4.5 bathrooms.

The four bedrooms are arranged as follows:

• Master bedroom with one king-size bed
• Two bedrooms, each with two queen-size beds
• Fourth bedroom with one queen-size bed

All bedrooms include private en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning.

The interior is tastefully decorated with a blend of elegance, warmth, and high-quality finishes. The property is fully equipped with kitchenware, bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

Villa Camila combines privacy, comfort, and a convenient location, making it an ideal setting for a relaxing stay in Cancun.

Guest Access

Check-In Process

Upon arrival, the security staff will provide a sealed envelope containing the code for the lockbox next to the main entrance. The key to the villa will be inside for quick and secure access.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive a detailed welcome letter with step-by-step instructions, the complete address, and directions to the property, Villa #10.

If any guests will arrive before the primary booking holder, please provide their full names in advance so security can grant them access smoothly.

Inside the home, a QR code provides essential information, including:

• Wi-Fi details
• House and community rules
• Trash disposal instructions
• Maps
• Helpful recommendations and tips

Please share your expected arrival and departure times so we can assist with coordination if necessary.

Additional Services and Amenities

• Private chef service is available upon request. After booking, we will provide direct contact information so you can arrange menus and services according to your preferences.
• Guests have access to the common areas, including two swimming pools—one for adults and one for children—and a tennis court.
• Tennis rackets and balls can be provided. Please request them at least 24 hours in advance.

Important Information

Cleaning Service

Additional cleaning is available upon request, subject to availability, and for an extra charge. Please request this service in advance.

Visitors

All visitors must be reported in advance. Please provide the full names of anyone who will be arriving so the security staff can be notified.

Electricity

Electricity costs in the area can be high due to air-conditioning use. The owner covers USD 10 per day toward electricity consumption.

Upon arrival, a photo of the electricity meter will be taken, and the initial reading will be provided in writing. At the end of the stay, another photo will be taken to calculate the electricity used.

• If the USD 10 daily allowance covers the total consumption, the cash deposit provided at check-in will be returned in full by transfer or through this platform.
• If consumption exceeds the allowance, the difference will be deducted from the deposit.

Responsible air-conditioning use—such as keeping doors and windows closed while the system is running—usually keeps consumption within the included amount. We recommend turning off the air conditioning when leaving the house or when it is not needed.

Supplies

The property is offered as a private residence and does not include hotel-style services.

For your convenience, the house includes a selection of basic starter supplies in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry area. These items are intended for the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need.
