Great location, the host was very communicative

We started off to a shaky start because we had slightly hard time finding the place initially. But Andrea gave amazing instructions and we realized we only go dropped off a block away. The beach access was amazing and so convenient. It was not over crowded but I will say it rougher waters but that may Costa Rica in general. We spent one day laying on the beach and it was very nice but I will say the sand clings to you worse than any beach I have been to. I was very thankful for the outdoor shower once I noticed it. The distance to town wasn’t a problem it was about 20 mins to walk to the downtown strip area. There were options for scooters and they were super convenient and about $6 to get to town. We loved sitting on the porch we saw a group of monkeys passing by. The location was close enough to everything get to but far enough we didn’t have a noise problem only heard wildlife. We would love to stay again!

Excellent location, just steps from the beach, in a safe and quiet residential area. The house has everything you need, and Andrea is very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend staying at Andrea’s place. She was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. When there was a water leak at the original property, she handled it immediately and moved us to an upgraded place even closer to the beach. That level of service really stood out and made everything completely stress-free. The new place was spotless, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It felt thoughtfully set up and easy to settle into right away. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, amenities, and just a short walk to a beautiful beach that wasn’t busy, which we absolutely loved. Overall, it was a smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable experience from start to finish. We really appreciated Andrea’s effort and wouldn’t hesitate to stay with her again.

The location was amazing and the house was gorgeous. The only complaint I have is the bugs which by time I saw them it was already check out time so I didn’t have a huge issue. Other than that they had so many amenities for the beach which was so nice. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea’s home. The space is comfortable, thoughtfully maintained, and located in a great area that made it easy to enjoy the surrounding beaches and town. Short walk to ocean (around 1 minute) which is in view from main be bedroom. The house has a relaxed Costa Rica feel and plenty of character, which made it feel more like staying in a real home rather than a typical rental. Andrea was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay, and it was clear she cares about both her guests and the property. We also appreciated the effort to use locally made, biodegradable cleaning products and the fact that the property supports local community and animal rescue initiatives. We especially enjoyed staying in Playa Langosta. It feels quieter, safer, and less commercialized than nearby Tamarindo. The beach experience there is more relaxed, with fewer vendors and a more peaceful atmosphere, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

What a wonderful find! From the very beginning, Andrea was responsive and easy to communicate with. The space was exactly as described, and even though some reviewers found it to be small, our group of 3 felt it was just the right size for us. It was also very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Andrea was flexible with check-in and check-out based on our needs, and she made great recommendations for food, walking, and swimming. We enjoyed being outside of Tamarindo and found the walk to town very manageable. Overall a wonderful stay - highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful spot feet away from the beach entrance! Loved the light here so much. I prefer Playa Langosta to Tamarindo, especially for sunsets!
