The Space

The villa features two bedrooms and one bathroom, located in the peaceful Langosta neighborhood, just steps from Playa Langosta. Despite its quiet setting, the center of Tamarindo is only a 15-minute walk away.

Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the frequent sightings of howler monkeys near the villa, adding a special touch to the experience.

Inside, the casita includes a kitchenette equipped with a small stove, refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. The living area offers a comfortable seating space with a television. The master bedroom contains a king-size bed, a large closet, and ample storage. The second bedroom has a twin-size bed.

Outside, there is a small patio with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the warm weather.

Please note that laundry facilities are not available on the property. However, a local wash-and-fold service can be recommended if needed. The casita is compact in size.

The property provides 24-hour security and a reserved parking spot. The recently paved road to Playa Langosta allows for quick and easy access to town by bike, golf cart, or on foot within 15 minutes.
