This is a beautiful Brand New Built 6 bedroom 4.5 bathroom home with a private pool with option to heat water and a 6 minute walk to the beach. Equipped with King beds in 5 bedrooms and 1 room with a Full bed and Twin bed bunk bed for the kids. We have a BBQ grill by the pool downstairs and a BBQ grill in the upstairs patio to enjoy the beach view while cooking. Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar.

The house was awesome, lots of space for big families. It’s definitely a great vacation home for us and anyone with a big family. We walked to the beach, we grilled out while kids enjoyed the pool. Absolutely loved the house and will definitely book again.

The house was beautiful! Only issue was one AC but they came out to fix it right away. And the floors were not clean but it’s ok because we know it’s close to the beach

The house was beautiful and spacious for our large group. The beach was easy to access and the kids loved the pool. Everything was very clean and the house had everything we needed.

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described clean, spacious, great location, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was convenient, and communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout the trip. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made the stay feel welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The home is as advertised. Very clean, VERY spacious with everything needed if you want to cook. Lots of space bathrooms privacy... the neighborhood is quiet, almost too quiet.. its very close to beach. pool and BBQ GRILL on site 4 different large balconies. Pots pans, washer dryer towels even had good seasonings... One of the nicest places I have stayed perfect for a family trip or group gathering.. Walmart is minutes away. Only downside is thats its not close to the action, you will need a car. but if you are there to lay by the pool and or beach, there is no better place...

Jays place was amazing! Really enjoyed how big the home was. We love every bit of it. Plus the short walk to the beach was amazing. Definitely going to plan on staying at Jay’s home again.
