The Space
Marila is a newly built ocean-view complex in one of Playa del Carmen’s most desirable neighborhoods. Located one block from the beach and two blocks from the famous Fifth Avenue, the condo places restaurants, shops, and attractions within easy walking distance.
This modern residence offers 106 square meters (1,137 square feet) of bright, ocean-view living space, including:

- Comfortable sitting area with an ultra-cozy sofa
- Large flat-screen Smart TV
- Floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall glass sliding doors

The private terrace is an inviting place to enjoy a drink, relax, or watch the sunrise over Playa del Carmen.

Sylvia was an incredible host and her condo at Marila in Playa del Carmen exceeded every expectation. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath layout was perfect—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The condo itself is beautifully maintained and feels more like a luxury home. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and having two full bathrooms made it ideal for us. The building amenities were also top-notch, and the location couldn’t be better—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Sylvia was responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. You can tell she truly cares about her guests. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen!

Beautiful condo with spectacular view. Excellent location to walk to beach or restaurants and groceries. We LOVE the pool and views from rooftop. Also really enjoyed the balcony. Comfy furniture and great view. Thank you for being so responsive to our questions, Sylvia! This was our second stay at Marila and would love to return someday.

We spent a wonderful week here, escaping the bitter cold of late January in the northeast. Sylvia and her team were extremely helpful in answering questions and offering recommendations. The condo is large and well laid-out, with beautiful ocean views from the spacious balcony. It is very walkable both to beaches (we commend Coco Beach, about a 10 minute walk down Flamingos St. and around The Reef resort) and to the restaurant/commercial district close to or on 5th Avenue. We particularly recommend La Perla Pixan Cuisine & La Carboneria, on 38th St., which has a great vibe (including live music), great food, and friendly servers. The availability of beach towels, umbrella, and beach chairs in the condo were very much appreciated. We will definitely be coming back.

we really enjoyed our time there so peaceful. the patio was a wonderful place to sit and eat our meal the sunrises and sunsets were the best being able to sit and watch the boats on the ocean was so part of a beautiful place the restaurants had the best food and the people of playa de carmen were so friendly and helpful we so hope to visit again

The condo was perfect! The unit was squeaky clean and had beautiful views, a great balcony with a comfortable couch, chairs and ottomans. It's in a terrific location, one block off of 38th St. which is lined with terrific restaurants and just a few blocks of 5th Avenue which is a long, pedestrian walk with tons of shops and restaurants. Sylvia was very proactive, reaching out to me several times over our two-week stay to ensure all was good.
