House Rules and Important Information

Guest Registration and Occupancy

• The total number of guests must be accurately listed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests and is strictly enforced.
• All guests must be registered, including infants and children.
• Each guest must provide their full legal name and a valid passport or government-issued ID (cédula) for registration.
• Failure to provide the required information may result in denied access or cancellation.
• A fine of $295 applies for each unregistered guest.

Pet Policy

• One small pet weighing up to 40 pounds is allowed with prior approval.
• Pet fee: $50 per day
• Aggressive breeds are not allowed.

Pets must:

• Be house-trained
• Stay off the furniture
• Never be left unattended

A $295 fee applies for each unregistered pet. Guests are responsible for any damage or disturbances caused by their pets.

Smoking

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• A $150 smoking fee applies, in addition to any cleaning or damage costs.

Parties and Quiet Hours

• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours.

The property is located in a quiet area outside the city, approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes from the airport.
