The Space
Enjoy time with friends and family in this beautiful period house in the heart of Roma Neighborhood. The newly remodeled building has been transformed into a rustic-luxurious complex in an excellent location.
The property includes 5 suites, each designed for up to 2 people. Together, the suites can accommodate groups of 5 to 10 guests. Every suite features:
- Queen-size bed
- Private full bathroom
- Loft
- Minibar
- Chairs
- Sofa
- Tea table
- Wi-Fi
All suites share access to a private terrace with a hot tub, available for an additional fee.
Guest Access
Guests can access all areas of the building, although only the suite area and terrace are private. The 5 suites are connected by a shared hallway, creating a small hotel-like layout.
Please note that the property does not have:
- Kitchens
- Shared living rooms
- Shared dining rooms
The terrace is private and available for guests. Hot water for the hot tub costs an additional $40 per day and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Please contact the host before booking if you have questions about this service.
The property is monitored 24 hours a day by a security guard stationed near the main entrance, as well as by security cameras.
Each guest receives the necessary amenities for their stay, including:
- Towels
- Shampoo
- Soap
- Bottled water
Cleaning fees are included.
Restaurant and Bar
The on-site restaurant is one of the area’s most acclaimed dining and gathering spots, so it can become busy, particularly on weekends. Music and conversation may not suit guests seeking a quiet, relaxing atmosphere.
The bar and restaurant open daily at 2:00 p.m. and close after midnight. They are closed on Mondays and close early on Sundays.
Although the suites provide enough privacy for a comfortable stay, most overlook the restaurant area, and noise may be heard throughout the building. The restaurant is not a nightclub; the noise mainly comes from conversations and restaurant music.

This Airbnb is beautiful and in a great location. We ate at the restaurant connected it to it (Huset) multiple times and it was awesome. If you have your wooden blinds open during Huset’s open hours, you can hear the noise from the restaurant, but closing the blinds resolves that issue. The rooftop is gorgeous and the hot tub was really nice. We would stay here again.

No real place to gather as a group as the upstairs is pretty inaccessible and had very limited seating. Amenities were lacking. Noise from restaurant is pretty loud and if you are in a room facing the restaurant the only way to have privacy is to shut the large boards over the windows leaving no lighting in the rooms.

This is an amazing place to stay! Our girls weekend was perfect: perfect location, fantastic adjacent restaurant, wonderful security and help (thank you Bernardo). This area is walkable to museums, shops and fantastic restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay. It was so nice to have a little privacy and your own little room at night but so close together with your group.

This place rocks. It's in a great spot, close and walkable to everything. Many restaurants you see on social media or read about in reviews are within walking distance. The restaurant downstairs is super useful to grab a drink and watch the game, or for dinner with your whole family--and the food is fantastic. The host responded quickly to any request we had. All of the staff--restaurant hosts and waiters, the guards, the Airbnb host--were extremely gracious, delightful, and accomodating. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay in Mexico City! The place was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. It was the perfect home base for exploring the city and exceeded our expectations in every way. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made the entire experience seamless. Great location, nice to have 5 separate rooms, wish there were a shared space besides roofdeck. Not as fancy or as bright as it looks in pictures. Definitely can't describe the build as "Luxury." However, good value overall.
