Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home, its terraces, parking areas, amenities, and direct beach access.
Electric Vehicle Charger Policy
A Level 2, 50-amp, 11.5-kilowatt electric vehicle charger is available for guest use.
- A refundable deposit of $1,000 MXN per day for the entire reservation is required to use the charger.
- At the end of the stay, total electricity usage will be reviewed.
- Electricity is charged at $8 MXN per kilowatt-hour.
- The remaining deposit balance will be refunded after usage is calculated.
House Rules
- Missing items will incur an additional fee. Please leave everything as you found it.
- Parties and loud events are not permitted.
- Pets are allowed only with prior approval, a deposit, and an additional cleaning fee.
- Smoking indoors is prohibited. Smoking inside the home or improperly disposing of cigarette butts will result in a $5,000 MXN penalty.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect the peace of our neighbors.

Outdoor and Beach Rules
- Glass is not permitted in the patio, pool, or beach areas. Please use plastic or other non-breakable items.
- Clean the grill after use.
- Do not leave trash or personal belongings on the beach.
- Bag all trash and place it in the provided bins.
- Help protect marine life by taking everything you bring to the beach back with you.
Security Notice
For everyone’s safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. Recordings are not monitored in real time but may be reviewed if an incident occurs.
Important Information
San Carlos may occasionally experience power or water outages. These situations are beyond our control, and refunds cannot be issued for them.

We were very surprised by the place from the moment we arrived. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the bathrooms are excellent, and the pool was the best. We spent a few incredible days, taking advantage of the heat and enjoying every moment. It was definitely a very pleasant stay, and we would gladly come back

I loved it. The house is very nice and large enough to accommodate 15 people without any problems. The pool is large and deep for swimming. Only the master bedroom lacks a bit of privacy, and the bathroom and tub are very high to get into. I would definitely like to stay again.

We spent a few days as a family at this property and it was a great experience. The house is just as it appears in the pictures. Very spacious rooms, comfortable, common areas that invite you to spend time together. The kitchen was quite spacious, and the air conditioners, which are very important in summer in this area, all worked very well. The patio was very nice, the pool was in good working order, and the check-in, check-out, and other instructions were very clear. Additionally, Baldor and his team responded very quickly, kindly, and proactively to any questions or concerns that arose before and during the trip. We would definitely return to the property and we would definitely rent a property managed by Baldor and his team again.
