Guest Access

Guests have full access to the condominium, as well as The Paraiso Residences terraces overlooking the marina and the tower gym, which offers beautiful marina views.

Important Information

Puerto Paraíso is carrying out renovations on the second level. Construction activities, including removal, demolition, and masonry work, are scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal may also take place at night. The team is making every effort to minimize disturbances.

As of January 28, 2026, the dryer is temporarily unavailable while a replacement part is being obtained. Every effort is being made to restore it to full operation as soon as possible.

During your stay, we may contact you to request permission to provide access to a potential buyer. You may decline this request. If the property is sold before your stay, we will offer an equivalent property in the same building with the same amenities and value.

Additional Notes

• Pets are not permitted at this property. If you plan to travel with a pet or service dog, please let us know so we can help you find suitable accommodations. Pets arriving without prior notice will not be allowed on the property.
• This is a two-level condominium with a second-floor balcony. The glass railing is 35 inches (90 centimeters) high. Parents should take extra care with children.
• The property is located downtown, just steps from Cabo’s nightlife. The neighborhood can be noisy, particularly for guests who are sensitive to sound.
• If you plan to rent a car, please notify us in advance so we can advise the security team.
• Please leave the condominium keys inside the property when you depart. Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $20 USD.
• To maintain a secure and enjoyable environment, external vendors are not permitted inside the property. Our concierge service can recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need.
• Monthly reservations are accepted. An additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month may apply; please confirm this before booking.
• This property is located within a residential community. Guests must provide identification and sign the community rules to receive access. Please message us if you need specific information about the community guidelines.
