Guests have full access to the entire condo, as well as to The Paraiso Residences terraces, which offer stunning views of the marina and the gym located in the tower.

Situated downtown, just steps from Cabo’s vibrant nightlife, the area can be lively and potentially noisy, which may be a consideration for light sleepers.
Additional Information
- The property is currently undergoing light renovations on the second level. Construction activities such as removal, demolition, and masonry will occur between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with occasional quiet cleaning or debris removal at night. Efforts are made to minimize disturbances.
- This condo is for sale as a running business. Interested parties can contact us for more information. Guests may be asked for permission to allow potential buyers access during their stay, which can be declined. If sold before your stay, an equivalent property with similar amenities and value will be offered.
- Pets are not permitted. If traveling with a pet or service dog, please inform us in advance so we can assist with alternative accommodations. Pets arriving without prior notice will not be allowed.
- The two-level condo includes a balcony on the second floor with a glass railing 35 inches (90 cm) high. Parents should supervise children carefully.
- Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $20 USD. Please remember to return keys upon departure.
- External vendors are not allowed inside the property. Our concierge can recommend trusted service providers.
- Monthly reservations are accepted, subject to an additional refundable security deposit of $300 USD per month. Please confirm before booking.
- As the property is within a residential community, guests must provide identification and sign community rules for access. Contact us for details on community guidelines.
