Just 5 minutes driving is the great Playa Flamingo and 7 minutes from the spectacular Playa Conchal a beautiful paradise to share with the family. The condominium has a small square where you will find Italian restaurant, cafeteria and bakery, cooking school, BCR ATM, Tour Agency, etc. The space Beautiful and comfortable villa. Equipped with two rooms each with its own bathroom and air conditioning. With a modern look accompanied by luxury and comfort . It has a bright and large kitchen. It has smart tv where you can connect your account and enjoy netflix, HBO etc. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need to prepare your food and eat it. Other things to note Because it is a rural area and surrounded by nature it is common to see insects (not POISONOUS) animals such as skunks, raccoons etc. It is necessary not to mistreat them, live with nature and do not leave garbage on the terrace of the villa. Pool hours are between 9. am to 7 pm. During the time of heavy rain you could find some small water leakage, this due to the original structure of the roof. TV is offered with Smart TV, no channels or cable connection. Long season, monthly bookings: For periods longer than 20 nights we include $20 usd of electricity for the full month, the remainder must be paid for by the guest. The accommodation is inside a residential condominium, so the pool, jacuzzi and common areas of the condominium are not our responsibility and could be closed at any time for maintenance or for any problem in them.
