The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, quality linens, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. Guest bedroom #1 also includes a king-sized bed, while guest bedroom #2 contains one twin bed and a bunk bed. Both guest rooms come with comfortable linens and spacious closets. A shared guest bathroom serves these two bedrooms.

Air conditioning is available in all three bedrooms and the living room. Additional amenities include hot water, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs. Purified drinking water and housekeeping services (three days per week) are provided at no extra cost. Housekeeping staff handle laundry using the washer and dryer on-site, which is included with your stay.

Guests staying in the eco casita have access to two communal swimming pools—one on the property and another at the beach club. The community offers six dining options within walking distance, including two located very close to this house.

Location and Activities

Situated within the Hacienda Iguana development, this home is near world-class surf breaks. Four surf spots are within walking distance: Playa Colorado, Panga Drops, Los Perros, and Playa Amarillo (reachable at low tide south of Playa Colorado). The area also boasts a beautiful 9-hole golf course that is well-maintained, attractively designed, and affordable for guests.

Food Supplies and Dining

For groceries, the best option is La Colonia in Rivas, located 100 meters south of the turnoff for Tola on the west side of the street. This is also the closest place to refuel your vehicle. We recommend stocking up on groceries for your entire stay. Alternatively, you can inquire about our full-service catering meal plan to avoid shopping and meal preparation.

Rentals available include scooters, dirt bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, and stand-up paddleboards.

Getting Around

The property is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica. Most major car rental agencies operate at Managua airport; advance reservations are recommended.

A four-wheel-drive vehicle is only necessary if you plan to visit beaches further south near San Juan del Sur. For those who prefer not to rent a car, we can arrange airport transfers and daily sightseeing or surf trips.

Motorcycle and scooter rentals are available, and we can also organize vehicle and boat transportation to various surf breaks in the area. Additionally, vehicle rentals from Alamo and National are accessible near Hacienda Iguana.
