Cleaning and Additional Services
The cleaning fee covers cleaning at the end of your stay. Additional cleaning during your visit is available for an extra charge and is subject to availability. Please request this service in advance.
For stays of seven days or longer, one complimentary cleaning is provided halfway through the stay.
For reservations longer than four days, complimentary washing and drying of clothes is available. This service can be requested from the cleaning staff or by direct message.
Towel Changes
Towels are changed free of charge every three days. More frequent changes can be arranged for a small additional fee.
Important Information
Water shortages and power outages are common in Tamarindo. Although the building does not have an electric generator, water reserves are available. Please use this water responsibly.
The property is located in a developing area, so construction noise may occur between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Despite this, the surroundings remain quiet and peaceful.
In Costa Rica, insects are a natural part of the ecosystem and are not an indication of uncleanliness. Please treat them respectfully and avoid killing them. Leaving food uncovered may attract insects, as the jungle environment naturally encourages their presence on the property.

The accommodation is not at all as shown in the photos. It's almost a prison with only one window. The pool is filthy. I would not recommend it at all.

Although my stay here was short, it was perfect and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The host was responsive and very clear with instructions that made the arrival and departure process seamless. Another plus is that it is close to many restaurants and night life!

The place was very satisfactory and Tamaro was quickly accessible on foot and by car. In addition, the apartment is very safe, and the beds were very clean. Too bad there was only a shower in the upstairs bathroom. The only minor drawback. Otherwise, I would go there again and again.

Everything was perfect; the house is beautiful and easily accessible from the center of Tamarindo. Absolutely fantastic! Plus, on the last day, we were supposed to check out by 11:00 a.m., but our friend felt unwell. The owners let us check out at 5:00 p.m. without any problems. Really helpful, thank you so much again!

Loved our stay here! The location is perfect, we walked to town everyday but it was not close enough to town to hear all the noise at night. The place was very clean when we arrived and the staff on site were very kind. Will be staying there again in the future!
