Additional Services and Cleaning
- A cleaning fee is included for end-of-stay cleaning.
- Extra cleaning during your visit is available for an additional charge and subject to availability; please request in advance.
- For stays of seven days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is provided.
- For reservations longer than four days, complimentary laundry (washing and drying) is offered. Requests can be made to the cleaning staff or via direct message.
- Towels are changed free of charge every three days. More frequent towel changes can be arranged for a small additional fee.
Important Information
- Tamarindo experiences occasional water shortages and power outages. While the building lacks an electric generator, water reserves are available and should be used responsibly.
- The property is located in a developing area, so some construction noise may occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Despite this, the environment remains calm and peaceful.
- Insects are a natural part of Costa Rica’s ecosystem and do not indicate uncleanliness. Guests are encouraged to treat them respectfully and avoid killing them. Exposed food may attract insects due to the jungle surroundings.

The accommodation is not at all as shown in the photos. It's almost a prison with only one window. The pool is filthy. I would not recommend it at all.

Although my stay here was short, it was perfect and I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The host was responsive and very clear with instructions that made the arrival and departure process seamless. Another plus is that it is close to many restaurants and night life!

The place was very satisfactory and Tamaro was quickly accessible on foot and by car. In addition, the apartment is very safe, and the beds were very clean. Too bad there was only a shower in the upstairs bathroom. The only minor drawback. Otherwise, I would go there again and again.

Everything was perfect; the house is beautiful and easily accessible from the center of Tamarindo. Absolutely fantastic! Plus, on the last day, we were supposed to check out by 11:00 a.m., but our friend felt unwell. The owners let us check out at 5:00 p.m. without any problems. Really helpful, thank you so much again!

Loved our stay here! The location is perfect, we walked to town everyday but it was not close enough to town to hear all the noise at night. The place was very clean when we arrived and the staff on site were very kind. Will be staying there again in the future!
