Additional Services and Cleaning

• A cleaning fee is included for end-of-stay cleaning.
• Extra cleaning during your visit is available for an additional charge and subject to availability; please request in advance.
• For stays of seven days or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is provided.
• For reservations longer than four days, complimentary laundry (washing and drying) is offered. Requests can be made to the cleaning staff or via direct message.
• Towels are changed free of charge every three days. More frequent towel changes can be arranged for a small additional fee.

Important Information

• Tamarindo experiences occasional water shortages and power outages. While the building lacks an electric generator, water reserves are available and should be used responsibly.
• The property is located in a developing area, so some construction noise may occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Despite this, the environment remains calm and peaceful.
• Insects are a natural part of Costa Rica’s ecosystem and do not indicate uncleanliness. Guests are encouraged to treat them respectfully and avoid killing them. Exposed food may attract insects due to the jungle surroundings.
