This inviting beach house features a cozy room and is an ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. Enjoy the pool overlooking the ocean, or spend time on the terrace sunbathing while watching the waves.
The spacious, comfortable room provides restful nights after a day in the sun, accompanied by the gentle sound of the sea.
House Rules
- Smoking inside the house is not allowed. A $200 fee will apply.
- The house must be left in reasonably clean condition at check-out. A $45 cleaning surcharge may apply for excessive garbage, floor stains, dirty walls, or sand in the house or bathrooms.
- Visitors who are not included in the reservation are not allowed.
- Infants, children, young people, and pets are welcome, but each must be included in the reservation.
- No more than seven people may sleep in the house.
- Please avoid bringing sand into the house or pool.
- Check-out after the designated time will incur an additional charge of $30 per extra hour.
- Unannounced visitors or guests will incur a surcharge of $25 per person. If the number of people is excessive, the reservation may be canceled.
- Pets must be announced in advance, and all pet rules must be accepted. Pet hair or waste will incur an additional $25 charge.

The pool needs a bit more maintenance, and there weren't many sheets either. Overall, the house is very impeccable in terms of cleanliness and layout. It's worth it. Best,

We liked the place, but the rooms were not clean, the pillows didn't look clean, the lamps were dusty, and there were too many mosquitoes that bite in the pool. We couldn't enjoy it and we came back with a lot of bites.

An excellent place to relax and enjoy the privacy that the area offers. We loved that the house was beachfront, it had enough space to play volleyball, apart from being pet friendly, there was plenty of space and it was safe for the dogs to be loose inside the property.
