Estate Pool 9 Rooms

We were a group of 15 cyclists who stayed there in order to climb the majestic Alto de Letras along the Parque de los Nevados route. We decided to stay at this hacienda because it is customized for cyclists and has very spacious rooms, each with a private bathroom. We all managed to rest very well for the challenge that awaited us. On the way back, we enjoyed it. We were able to arrange kitchen staff, who were with us for 4 days, serving us delicious typical Colombian dishes. The pool was spectacular. On the hacienda, we saw quite a few beautiful animals, including a family of titi monkeys, birds, iguanas, and others. In addition, the hacienda has a very large mango and avocado orchard. 🥰

Our experience was excellent. It is a very cozy place, perfect for enjoying with family without having to leave the property, since it has all the comforts to spend unforgettable days. The rooms are spacious and comfortable; the sheets and towels were impeccably clean, and the cleanliness of all the facilities was excellent. We especially want to highlight the service of Ms. Hortencia, who was very kind, attentive and helpful at all times. In addition, the food was delicious and prepared with great care. We also thank Mr. Jairo for his kindness and willingness. All the guests were very satisfied with both the place and the excellent service received. It is definitely a place we recommend and would love to return to.

The stay at the property was very comfortable; there are nice areas to enjoy your stay. The care staff are very attentive and ready to help with anything you need. They welcomed us with lemonade and ice cream, which was a great bonus, and they left us water. Highly recommended. We hope to return with my family, as we loved the service and the facilities, and it has everything you need to be super comfortable.

A magical place, highly recommended. The pool, the well-equipped kitchen, the modern barbecue— I really liked that they welcomed us with cold lemonade and a cup of ice cream. As an added bonus, they left us bottled water, and the rooms had toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, and towels, which was an extra plus. Thank you for the service. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything.

It's a perfect place for large groups. The rooms are quite nice, the bathrooms are spacious, and the pool areas are very pleasant.
