Parking and the lake dock are shared with another accommodation. Guests may encounter people from the neighboring accommodation in these areas. All other areas of the property are private.

The jet ski and boat are not included in the reservation. They are separate recreational activities available at an additional cost.

Canteen and Bar

A canteen and bar on the property offer a variety of products, allowing guests to purchase supplies during their stay.

House Rules

• Quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., without exception. Failure to comply may result in a fine.
• External sound equipment and DJs are not permitted on the property.
• The property has its own sound system, which is the only sound equipment permitted inside.
• Parties and events require prior authorization from the owners.
• If an unauthorized event is held secretly, staff are instructed to cancel it immediately.
• Guests must respect the quiet community and neighboring properties, including the exclusive Luxe area.
• Luxe security may ask guests to reduce music or noise levels when necessary.
• Guests are expected to cooperate with staff and respect the community’s rules.

On-Site Staff and Nearby Accommodation

A separate house located within the property grounds is occupied by Emizael, the villa’s butler. He is responsible for overseeing the property and answering guests’ questions.

A small accommodation outside the main property shares the parking area and lake dock. Guests should review the rules before booking and be aware of this shared access.
