Es una casa muy acogedora, tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Es de fácil acceso y todo el espacio está muy bien distribuido. El host nos hizo sentir como en casa y nos recomendó excelentes lugares.

The house was wonderful, we loved the location, we loved the courtyard, and we loved the cleanliness and professionalism. We loved all the birds that visited also. We would absolutely stay here again. La casa fue maravillosa, nos encanto la hubicacion, nos encanto el patio, nos encanto la limpieza que encontramos, eran muy professionales. Nos encontamos todos las avejas que nos visitaran. Absolutamente, nos quedariamos otra vez.

Quedarse en la casa de la familia Optaciano siempre es una experiencia muy agradable. Se nota que cada detalle ha sido pensado para que los viajeros se sientan cómodos y bienvenidos. Las instalaciones son impecables, cómodas, limpias y transmiten una sensación de paz y confort que hace muy placentera la estancia. Además, el anfitrión es una persona amable, considerada y muy respetuosa. Está siempre atento a las necesidades de los huéspedes, pero sin ser invasivo, un equilibrio que realmente se valora. En nuestro caso, incluso olvidamos un artículo al momento de salir y él nos avisó de inmediato y lo resguardó hasta que pudimos recuperarlo. Encontrar anfitriones y alojamientos como este hace que uno extrañe mucho menos su propio hogar. Es la segunda ocasión que nos hospedamos y sin duda, es un lugar al que regresaríamos con mucho gusto y que recomendamos ampliamente.

Un lugar muy limpio, cada cuarto cuenta con su baño privado y los juegos en el patio son muy prácticos si vas con niños.

Нам очень понравилось наше прибывание в этом прекрасном доме. Хозяин очень хороший, дружелюбный. В доме было все необходимое для проживания, жильё было очень чистое и уютное. My favorite part is that each room had its own full bathroom but there are so many other details that made this home so lovely for each and everyone in the family. The host was very polite and attentive. My family loved is so much we plan to book it again when we visit again!

We enjoyed staying with this host. It was peaseful and host told to call on him at anytime. We did not need too. Everything was great. The next time we go to Magagapa this will be our first choice, if it is avaliable, it is where we will stay.

The house is perfect with or without kids. Very good beds, spacious showers with hot water, everything you need on the kitchen, private area. The host answered our requests within a few minutes. I recommend this place in Matagalpa.
